   It has been a while since my girlfriend had Cleveland install her bathroom, the quality of the finish, tiling and sealant are amateur at best.I still see different examples of this every time I shower chipped tiles very poor grouting and the sealant goes from 5mm to 30. The fitter tried to convince her that the shower head was in the correct position but had to shower with feet against tight up to the edge of the bath he did change it but left drill holes filled with grout. The bathroom furniture seems a good quality but finish is poor.

   Very friendly and helpful. All items delivered on time for the fitter. Excellent show room with lots of choice. My bathroom as only just started getting fully refurbished so can't as yet show pictures of the finished product but if I'm able to at a later date.

   Over £7000 for a small bathroom done in October 2020 they certainly aren’t the cheapest.. Have had an issue with the shower door not closing correctly and has no means of adjusting, fitters blamed the manufacturer and suppliers blame the fitters still unresolved . When first fitted the extraction fan in the ceiling was running the wrong way (blowing instead of sucking ) . 2 years on a couple of plumbing issues have come to light which could have been avoided had it been done correctly . Bit of bad plumbing in the ceiling ,hot and cold pipes running along side each other actually touching . This caused condensation , I’ve been informed by Cleveland that the fitters are instructed to lag these pipes , not done . Second issue as it was causing water to leak through the dropped ceiling was a badly fitted plastic bung fitted on an 22mm pipe , this had started to fail badly mainly because the pipe had not been cleaned before fitting it . This now has a compression fitting with a bung . On the plus side it does look nice ,love the tiles . Just a shame a few plumbing problems have come to light that could and should have been avoided .

   highly recommend clevelands especially Andy who gave us great customer service . We have a small kitchen and had a relatively small budget to match ..this didn't deter Andy in the slightest ..pulled out all stops to meet our needs with no real pressure at all to buy gave us time to mull it over ..we had been to a few kitchen places and it's absolute minefield especially with prices .. . Andy came across as the most genuine...So very glad we went with clevelands ..they haven't disappointed with anything at all quality deliverered on time etc .. ..we love our new kitchen with the extras he managed to fit in for price ..highly recommend Andy and the team...thank you so much ..lifes definitely easier with the new kitchen ..

   The company delivered and fitted my extra bit of kitchen today including two larder cupboards with integrated freezer and microwave in one and lots of storage in other, all matching the rest of our kitchen. The fellas were super friendly and nothing was too much trouble for them. The quality of the workmanship was superb, far better than other larger kitchen firms in the area. I would never use any other firm, as the consumer, you can be sure you are getting a quality product, fantastic customer care and communication at extremely competitive prices. Don’t hesitate to use them.
