Martin picked us up from Heathrow after a long haul flight. He was extremely professional and helpful. We arrived in Portsmouth in good time. His driving was excellent and we would highly reccomend him. Thankyou Martin. We will definetely be in touch again in the future.
Great experience with Willows Wheels, for airport transfers. I was recommended by another friend and I can’t recommend their service enough. Martin was friendly and easy to get on with. The price was really competitive and I don’t have anything negative to report. The car isn’t a fancy executive car but that didn’t bother me at all, I just wanted a reasonable price…and all of the other companies I called were asking ridiculous figures! I would 100% recommend keeping this family run taxi/airport service in your phone. In Portsmouth there is perhaps 1 or 2 companies running taxi runs and they are not personal at all, and generally have an automated robot who sends a taxi to one address which is your home address. Willow taxi was the opposite. The owner was really personable and professional, he told me exactly how long he would take to arrive after making the call and arrived perfectly on time. He was really friendly and helpful too.
