   They do not communicate with family members, said it is not covered under legal aid. Are only accessible during intake, after that they will be very difficult to contact sometimes for weeks for clients and family members alike. They will try to speed through phone calls and never call you back when they claim. Have lied several times about what is and is not covered under legal aid (thus preventing you from seeking legal resresentation elsewhere). Will promise to attend court and fail to appear. When I said that I would write a review for failure to correspond they threatened to cut contact, thus preventing me from knowing how long my husband has left in prison (very nice of them). Has lied about being sick to avoid taking the phone. The barrister they have chosen will be on a completely different page than the solicitor(s) themselves so they are not good communicators. They will forget many things about your case. Will not be using them again. Refused to provide a Pre sentencing report.
