Fabulous location, beautiful gardens and surroundings and super friendly, welcoming, helpful host, Warren. Stayed here with a friend for two nights and had a brilliant time taking in Spurn Point and some of the local stunning walks. The breakfast room was great, well stocked and permanently open (there’s a guest fridge). Will definitely be returning!

Just 8 mile from The deep this B&B is a great place to stop . We were greeted by the owner who told us about everything showing us the breakfast room which was a help yourself to what's on offer . We had the use of the log cabin because of my wife's disability it's extremely spacious with complimentary tea & coffee . TV with sky channels ,Hair dry ( not that I have much ) it really did feel homely . The price we paid was amazing @£50 for the night. We are so impressed with the place we're stopping again in April

I had a wonderful night stay at Warren & Becky’s place. It was tranquil and I had a nights sleep unlike any other. Breakfast was amazing and I was greeted very welcomely by Warren upon my arrival. I will definitely be coming back to stay for a longer time. Highly recommended! P.S. they have their own pressed apple juice, cookies, cakes and jams!!!!

This place is an absolute find. Super squeaky clean bathroom and comfortable beds. Lovely breakfast room for self service with everything we needed - kettle/microwave/fridge. Warren is a really friendly accommodating host. Beautiful location - looking forward to planning a return visit to explore the area more. Excellent value for money. Highly recommend.

We were greeted by Warren the host who made us feel very welcome and even offered to drive us to our family BBQ if we couldn't get a taxi. We were made to feel very welcome. The rooms were spotlessly clean with ensuite. The breakfast room was full of goodies, even pots of jam and marmalade for sale. The location was excellent, picturesque and well worth a visit. We are already planning a return trip.

Shame I am only here for 1 night, beautiful place. Lovely grounds, orchards and gardens. Warren met me on arrival and gave me a tour round and even gave me some fruit from the trees. Room is really nice, bathroom also. Really impressive little place this. Nice little breakfast room with fresh fruit from the orchards onsite. Cereals, etc. Even fresh jams for sale made here, can't wait until he gets the ciders going . If you fancy a very nice quiet place for a few days you couldn't get any better than this. Local pub is about 5 mins in car and does quality food. You can also order takeaway and sit on the benches in the various gardens. 5⭐️. Hope to come back again in the near future.

We stayed here 2 nights, what a beautiful place to stay! Fabulous peaceful location, set in lovely grounds. It is a great base to explore the coastal villages of Hornsea, kilnsea and spurn point. We were warmly welcomed from the start, and the hosts were friendly and helpful. We stayed in the family room, it had its own private entrance up an external spiral staircase, it was well presented, clean and spacious and we were very comfortable there. Outside there are several different seating areas to enjoy the peace and quiet, we were lucky to see deer and owls whilst enjoying the air. Breakfast is in a separate breakfast room, and is self service. There is a good selection to choose from, and the home made jam is delicious. There is also a customer fridge, so you can store your own items in there, and make use of the kitchen facilities (kettle, microwave ect) We had a fabulous stay, and we would recommend a visit, we will hopefully return again and have recommended to friends and family.

Honestly couldn’t fault our stay at Paull Holme Farm bnb, we stayed in the log cabin for a few nights, it was super modern, spacious, shower was excellent, extremely clean and very comfortable with everything we needed. The grounds are gorgeous and we felt like we had found a real gem. Breakfast set up was perfect and lots of choice. The whole place was immaculate and well thought out. Thank you for a wonderful stay!
