    Only one star because I can’t leave ZERO!!!! Spoke to the restaurant manager to ask if the chips are gluten free only to be told read the board, then asked if the burger was GF without the bun and was told again to refer to the board & he didn’t know, he then said we could buy a burger and remove the bun . I asked to speak to someone who knew about the allergens, he said that was him. Surely as restaurant manager you would have basic training in what is in your food and allergen information instead of telling us to read the allergen board and understand about cross contamination.

    I had such a great experience at this Burger King thanks to the manager, Josh. From the moment I walked in, he was welcoming, professional, and clearly takes pride in his work. The restaurant was clean, the food came out quickly, and everything was fresh and hot. What really stood out was how attentive Josh was—not just with me, but with every customer. He checked in to make sure everything was right with my order and you can tell he sets a positive example for the whole team. It’s rare to see that level of customer service in fast food, but Josh truly goes above and beyond. If you’re coming here, you can trust you’ll be taken care of.     Not local to the area, however this was the best BK I’ve ever been to. The food was perfect I ordered a whopper meal and it was served promptly, perfect and warm. I was a bit confused by the machines however a kind staff member called Harry asked what I wanted and didn’t miss a thing. The restaurant was immaculately clean and I have no complaints. Will definitely come again next time in the area!!

    The absolute pits. Every table was filthy. (Restaurant was not busy, but still, nobody cleaning tables) Every single table had ketchup smeared on it or salt all over it. Photos show the condition they feel is acceptable to leave drinks machine in. Toilets were unreal, my partner took my daughter to a different toilet outside the restaurant, as blood all over the floor was the final straw. Avoid at all costs.

    Went to Burger King to grab something to eat on way to cinema, was served by a lovely man named Robbie. Had a lovely smile and brilliant customer service. Food was hot and delicious. Tables kept clean and service with a smile. The best experience I’ve had in a long time.

    Burger cold. Bacon uncooked. Cheese not melted. Returned it and got another. No better. Charge extra £3 for two wafer thin bits of bacon that looked raw. Also could not get a cup of tea! Don't go there.

    Ordered a double cheeseburger, large fries and a medium Sprite Zero. Food was lukewarm, burger and fries tasted okay. But Sprite tasted disgusting, no lids for the drinks, was flat, warm and left an unsettling feeling in my stomach, ice had melted by the time I sat down and this is autumn! Staff service was okay, atmosphere very low, tables dirty and not wiped down when there was hardly any customers. I used to enjoy Burger King and preferred them to McDonald's, but that has changed, won't be going to any Burger King in the near future.

    Just had lunch at Burger King Gun wharf quays. So disappointed. Burger cold patty paper thin dry and burnt. Chips and cold drink was good. Location is great. I know you get what you pay for…. But Burger King is not cheap. I suggest you try one of the other food offerings at Gun wharf Quays!
