Absolutely the best. Looked after our best boy Jake for nearly 14 years and were always kind, compassionate and supportive. All round lovely team of people.

My cat pumpkin went in for a simple operation on a little cut below his eye !! Now look at him after the vets dealt with him! He suffered terribly. They will try and come up with excuses and blame the owner. But how do you let an animal leave your surgery in this condition? My cat lost his eye.

Exceptional Veterinary Practice. Although I have been a client for many years, my dog Jack seldom needs care. Recently however he was suffering a gland problem.. Jack is an imported rescue and the BVA recommend a safeguarding procedure (blood test) prior to any surgery in such cases due to possible Brucellosis infection. I was uncertain of the benefits, but was able to have a practical and sensible discussion with Giles, beforehand Jack had the procedure under sedation & Giles whipped out a loose back tooth too. Jack is not insured, but I was given an estimate of cost at our initial consultation which matched our final invoice. Thank you Giles, it seems to have done the trick and Jack has forgiven you (almost!)

I used to think this practise is really good until I met their vet Alice Moore. We went with our dog for emergency around 11:30, he was really unwell very weak and lethargic, was not able to stay in sit position had severe vomiting and diarrhea. She did blood tests and she was unable to discover problem, gave him one injection and she was careless and unconcerened and send us home, that we should come next day if he is still unwell. He was thirsty and drunk water at the practise and vomitated imidiatelly. She did no concern. We went home he got worse in the evening and despite we called emergency phone number did not get any answer. So we went to another vets with emergency services, they tried to rescue him, but he died the same day in the evening. I'm sure that if he would get proper care and treatment when we went first in the morning, he would survive. I will raise complain I will not leave it. Our dear dog could live.

These vets are the best I have used. All of the vets and staff are so friendly, caring and compassionate. We recently had to have our handsome boy put to sleep our dog and ourselves could not have been in better hands. A big thank you to all of you for everything.

Took my cat in as an emergency as she had suspected eaten a poisoned mouse and seemed really unwell. The vet gave me two options but advised me on the cheaper one being that it was pretty obvious what she had done. He gave her an injection and a few days later she was back to normal. Prices are very reasonable and the desk staff were very pleasant and helpful.

I would recommend this veterinary practice to anyone . They genuinely care about the animals (our babies) over charging extortionate amounts for treatments and extra services that you don't need ! From the lovely receptionist to all of the other amazing staff the care you and your animals are given is five star absolutely !! The vets actually get down on the floor with your pets and are so friendly and minimally clinical.
