   It’s no surprise the local A&E department has 10-hour-plus wait times with a GP surgery like The Croft. I called to book an appointment for a suspected ear infection and was told to go to a pharmacy. I went to three local pharmacies, all of which informed me they were unable to help and that I would need to see a doctor or go to A&E. The booking system at this GP surgery feels like it’s designed to palm off as many patients as possible or make them give up trying to book an appointment. My previous doctor’s surgery used to go above and beyond for their patients. Sadly, it doesn’t look like this one will…

   I lived in uk since 2004.in my uk life i have never seen doctor like dr york.i can't explain how good she is.last year I suffered urine infection about 3 months.i been several time to gp but no medicine helping me that time dr york gave me 7 days course of antibiotics. It's helping me.today I seen again for some issues, she explain to me so nicely and give me some medicine. I think she is the best example for best doctor.

   It's a shame they've closed the Meadowcroft surgery in Yapton. It was a more peaceful environment. I live in Eastergate only 500 yards from the Croft Surgery , but too busy and hectic for me. Plus full of sick people, you'll definitely catch something in the waiting room. With high blood pressure it was better for me to visit the Meadowcroft for a peaceful appointment. I have no intention of ever visiting the new mega corporate croft surgery. I'll go without a GP

   I have been a patient at this practice for the last 20 years. I have received absolutely top class care from incredible professionals and administrative staff. All of whom are increasingly, working under extreme pressure, as are all our NHS services xxxx I have had breast cancer and other concerning symptoms, all of which have been dealt with in a timely manner, and thoroughly by referring for further investigations/treatments etc. I am a retired health care practitioner and have vast experience of health and care establishments. Croft Practice is 5*
