   Went in today cause I was bitten at weekend and hand had swelled. Young lady looked and got pharmacist straight away. He was very pleasant and helpful and gave me some antibiotics. So much easier than going to doctors. Thank you for your help

   I’m a local GP and called the pharmacy to discuss a patient’s prescription. The phone rang but no one answered and eventually it disconnected. I continued to call back over the next 30 minutes but every time it was left ringing until it disconnected. What appalling service!

   Been ringing this despicable chemist for 2 weeks to see if my prescription is ready to collect as they can't be bothered to text me to say it is ready to be collected. Been 5 days without medication will be putting a complaint into head office. Despicable service!!!

   Went to collect my fathers prescription, (which i needed for the weekend) when I find the shutters down 2 hrs before closing. Closed every touch & turn with hardly any notice due to lack of pharmacist. Notice said they're still answering calls. Took them 15 mins to answer the phone while they totally ignored it (I was stood outside) When I finally got through said they would return his prescription to the server so I could go to any chemist and collect. I asked if I needed a code and was told 'no'. Went to main Boots in St Stephens shopping centre and they told me they couldn't dispense without the barcode as we hadn't used that pharmacy before. If they close the branch,leaving vulnerable people without meds, they should answer the phone promptly and give correct information. I am absolutely disgusted with them.

   Still waiting for them to open 40 mins after it should. 20 mile drive to pick up reserved meds on a private prescription to cover foreign travel and they can't even open the door. Just go anywhere else. No one needs the stress! Hope I never have to misfortune to need to go there ever again, 1 out of ten, they're only getting the star as you can't not have at least one unfortunately

   Put one star because I couldn't leave a review without a star rating but it does not deserve even one. I called this morning after being sent there by Bransholme minor injuries to pick up an emergency prescription. While I was there I asked for my Son's prescription too. His I was told was not ready yet and to call back after 2:00, this was despite it being sent through on Friday and him being told yesterday it would be ready today. Mine too, they said, had not come through yet and would be probably ready after 2:00. 41 phone calls (all cut off because the phone wasn't answered) later, my Son called to collect them only to be told mine wouldn't be ready til tomorrow and his can't be made up because they haven't got the things in stock. Service...what service?

   Poor customer service, inability to serve more than two, and answer phone. Appears to be to inherant shortage of staff. However despite being same size store as Sutton branch with matched staff members. 'Only an opinion; may seek advice there' Poor mannners and patience with customers when under pressure. Having read other reviews, having used this branch over twenty years of my life this is not a new problem I believe the persistence of issues could be to do with customer feedback not having been given apt consideration
