How can I check my prescription is available if no one answers phone. Been ringing on and off for 3 days now.
Very poor customer service. I waited for several minutes without being acknowledged, even though staff were present. One staff member ignored me completely and prioritised another customer, showing no courtesy. Eventually, I was served, but the overall experience was disappointing.
Helpful staff always have our prescriptions ready. Had a flu shot today and the pharmacist was pleasant and friendly, put me at ease straightaway. They recently took on extra workload when the other boots closed which caused some headaches for them but all is well now the dust has settled.
Small selection of shelf produce, difficult to park near; my prescription (single tube of cream) needed to be ordered in forcing me to make a 2nd trip the following day. Staff were nice.
My prescription was sent them on the Tuesday and it still had not been done by Saturday, moaned about another store closing. This didn't help me as I have run out of all my medication including insulin.

A large pharmacy that offers a large variety of other products. A new store situated within St Stevens shopping centre. I would say whatever you want from a chemist you will get here especially if you're searching for beautiful products
Usually get my prescriptions here , staff are spot on. The lady who served me today however,must have been having a bad day. I sincerely hope she feels better at home time.
