   Understaffed and overworked, with staff frequently off on leave, usually sickness leave. They can be down two members at a time, which puts pressure on other staff members. People forget that the boots staff are human too, just like you. So giving them abuse; when they are trying their hardest is unfair. Yes, the boots stores in general could do with more staff after they closed many of the smaller stores, as part of cutbacks when boots was bought out by a large American company. The staff and pharmacist are always pleasant and professional with me, though I have been going there for years, so they know me well, and always try to have my prescription ready for my when I collect. The only negative I could say is that it’s extremely hard to get through on the phone, like most boots stores. But as they are that busy dealing with prioritising prescriptions, and the queue in the shop, I can see why the phone is of a lower priority.

   Rude staff. This isn’t my normal pharmacy and I’m glad it isn’t the customer service is appalling was served by Hellen who was really snotty and abrupt. Didn’t like the fact I knew what I was talking about. Safe to safe not visiting that place ever again even if they are the only place that has the medication in

   Unprofessional, incompetent staff. Clearly do not know their jobs, multiple issues and errors. constant lies. Certain staff have terrible attitudes. Avoid. Many complaints have been made from many customers, and i have had emails from the pharmaceutical council wanting my complaint so they can investigate. Absolute dross avoid.

   Used to be organised and staff relaxed, friendly & confident. Different staff now. On monthly visit, staff seem under pressure, usually have to return to collect medicines. Latest - 6 days from order.
