   Didn't pick up a prescription, just walked in and asked for some eye drops. Waited 20 minutes, so asked again, another 10 minutes go by and nothing. So just walked out in the end and went somewhere else. What waste of time

   The pharmacy have a very efficient computer programme which enables them to deliver a very personalised service to customers. I and my partner regularly collect medication from this pharmacy and find them to be very helpful, answering any queries we may have.

   This would have been 5 stars but I item on prescription was missing but will be available tomorrow. This evening the gentleman who served me was efficient and friendly and was keeping the queue down. On other visits this hasn’t been the case but today I was provided with great service. Thank you Sutton Pharmacy.

   I’ve visited this pharmacy several times now, and unfortunately, the same issue persists: the waiting times are consistently far too long, regardless of how busy it is. Today was a perfect example: when I arrived, there were only two of us waiting: myself and another woman who came in after me. Despite this, I was left waiting for around 15–20 minutes, and she was served before me. This isn’t a one-off; it doesn’t seem to matter what time of day you go, you always end up waiting a long time to be seen. To be fair, the staff are polite and professional, and I have no complaints about their attitude or how they treat customers, but the overall pace of service is incredibly slow. Something clearly needs to be improved in how prescriptions are processed and how patients are prioritised. It’s frustrating and inconvenient, especially when the queue is minimal.

   Opening hours are great to reach them. Staff it has to be said are usually very lovely and helpful. My only complaint and I doubt I'll be the only to say this. You need to set aside plenty of time when you come here. Nothing and no one moves quickly and you very rarely get served and out again quickly . I'm a patient man but this is truly one place that really does press my buttons and all to often im waiting for excessive amount of time just to get served let alone walk out with my items. It's particularly frustrating when you see six or seven people at the back and only one serving when they can all see a long queue .

   Terrible performance from the pharmacy. 35 minutes waiting for prescription items that should already be done and ready to collect. Something not quite efficient about the collection system. Still didn’t leave with much required medicines as I had to leave to collect my children from school . Not satisfied at all.

   Normally good,but couple times lost my pills couldn't find them stood there half and hour on bad hip and bad spine,floors disgusting, use to be so tidy,disorganisrd need my daughter working there she's pharmacy assistant qualified and spot on and every job she's had she's cleared backlog, And husband has given up with them

   Can't fault it as a pharmacy. Open 7 days till late during the week. Excellent delivery service. Pleasant helpful staff. They also run an efficient and accommodating Covid vaccine service. Best pharmacy I've used to date.

   Always have the stock in that other pharmacy’s don’t have and is open late which is one of few that are open late. However they do take there time to greet and serve customers when entering the pharmacy and are more interested in talking to other colleagues
