   The Pharmacist was amazing. Really cared and took time to speak to me and help me find the best medication due to some or my allergies, that the hospital made several mistakes on. We must use or we will lose!!!

   The way they speak to you is truly disgusting! Not once was I mean or said anything in a bad manner, I ended up putting the phone down because the man was just shouting at me over the phone and I’ve literally just had a newborn and I’m neurodivergent! Moved pharmacy today and they helped me out instantly other than the awful man who I spoke too. You’d think working in medicine they would be respectful especially when they knew I had literally just given birth. Really need to learn better customer service and manners, the other staff are lovely and I’ve never had an issue with but this man is awful and it seems I’m not the only one who’s had this issue!

   Prescription sent from my doctors at around 4:30, I arrived at the pharmacy at 5:00 and it was ready! Do Lloyds have to go on special training courses to learn how to take 2days to count 12 pills into a packet? Highly recommended.

   Won't serve you if you have a bicycle, so you have to leave it outside to get stolen. Because having a bicycle is a danger to them when they're behind a window? Ridiculous. Edit in reply: I've been served at least 8 times in the past year having a bike with me, so there's zero consistency. When I asked the staff member if there's somewhere to lock it I was just told to leave it outside. Lost not only me as a customer but my partner too. Repeat prescription has been moved. Your staff need training on how to speak to paying customers
