NEVER AGAIN!!! Just gone in, person before me was served and then the girl serving just turned around and walked away. There was another shelf filling and five maybe six staff in the back and they all proceeded to ignore me totally until I loudly asked was anyone going to bother serving me! Absolutely disgusting service and I won’t ever go back, I’d rather walk up Newland Ave and go to Day Lewis Pharmacy where you’re guaranteed amazing customer service and support

Very rude interrupting customers while speaking and when asked about it just turn around and ignore you well done Nikki great service…when asked for manger Kelly….she did not apologise and in fact told me there where other pharmacies I could use ?? Not good from a bouts store. I get you try and protect your staff but come on common decency is a basic customer service trait. And if your going to pitch in at least have the decency to allow the customer to respond instead of just ignoring the complaint!

Rude woman served me. I was simply picking up a prescription for a elderly gentleman who is very ill.

Waited 30 mins in a que and I was 3rd in line when it opened. Finally speak to someone after 3 different staff members were stood around looking at their finger nails and reapplying lip balm. Then waited a further 10 mins while the lady went "to speak to the pharmacist" to which I could see she began sorting other stuff out. Then 10 mins later decided to tell me I couldn't get what I needed without seeing a doctor. (I have the same thing all the time and never have any problems) so told them it was ridiculous and I would go to another pharmacy. Went into another pharmacy and it was fine, given ehat I needed straight away. The pharmacist is rude. Shelves were empty well.. except for the collection of thick dust. Nearly an hour of life wasted on queuing to be told.incorrect information. Arent the NHS struggling enough without pharmacist telling everyone to see a bloody doctor??

Been trying to contact them since yesterday. The phone is either busy or they don't answer when it rings. They've had my prescription since Friday it was supposed to be ready on Saturday and yet I'm still trying to get intouch with them. Plus they're supposed to send me a txt when they have my prescription from my doctors yet they never do.

My father was here yesterday just before 9 am and he waited outside with some people. Then the lady worker was outside my father asked what time you open she said 9 am … it came to 9 am she walked in then her friends came and at 9:30 they started to serve customers. It’s ridiculous it says 9 everywhere and you purposely not serve customers with no apologies. The pharmacy is always dirty inside full of dust on every shelf. Staff at the place need a wake up call!

I have been using boots at 153 Beverley road hull hu3 1ty for a long time now to arrange mine and my partners prescriptions. They used to have a manager called kay who seemingly managed the pharmacy pretty well, i never usually had wait times longer than a few minutes. Kay has left and now they have a new manager and the wait times can be as long as 30 or 40 minutes. They do not seem to have a clue what they are doing regarding the people waiting. Now imo if someone goes to the counter and asks for their prescription or some other enquiry, surely you would take their details and move on to the next customer while some staff member checks on that customers enquiry. but that is not how they are doing it there. They will take the person's details and leave them waiting and everyone else in the queue behind them while a single staff member goes and takes sometimes ten or fifteen minutes in the back doing whatever, leaving everyone else in the queue standing waiting. I have stood in the queue for 30 or 40 minutes sometimes, which imo is totally unacceptable and seems to be a problem with the way the current manager is handling the queues of people. I really like Boots and have had no reason to have fault with thee service for the last few years at that pharmacy, but if it carries on like it has been, I will be taking my prescriptions somewhere else to be filled out. I am really sorry the service at this pharmacy has deteriorated so much since Kay left. Maybe if they spent less time chatting between each other then they would have more time to deal with the amount of people visiting the pharmacy.

I dont know who to feel more sorry for, the staff or the customers. I am yet to collect my children's essential medication without complications. I have been turned away only for it to be found later and have to travel back, had prescriptions lost and have to reorder and every other problem you can imagine...over several years I have barely ever just collected the medication hassle free. Today I had to yet again wait for a partial prescription,as they didn't know what they had done with it. This meant I had the pain of watching a queue of people.grow down the street. In this time I saw at least 10 people be told they didn't have their medication. Not a single person left with the medication they needed! The staff seem to be trying and deserve an award for keeping a smile on their face, but the management is just setting them and the customer up for pain and misery and nothing ever improves at this place!
