Brilliant friendly chemist cannot believe it’s closing 42 years I have used it Staff and service will be sadly missed So wrong local well used efficient branch has closed making us go a lot further for our prescriptions
We live around the corner so it's logical to get prescriptions here but we've had to move because they just don't seem to know what's going on. We had two running prescriptions, that almost every time, either were incomplete, or no record of. We even picked up a prescription one day, it was incorrect, came back the next day, nothing was on their system. Rang the doctors, they gave us codes proving it had been sent to them, only for them to send it back to the boots, attached to our doctors. I was even there picking up a prescription and the GP (or consultant person) is complaining the prescriptions are incorrect and to slow down.
Called 16 times as when I go in prescriptions are never ready!! So I called and called to double check they never answer the phone at all!! So I make the journey there with a disabled client just for them not be ready!! Frustrating!! Answer the phone!!!

I've always highly rated this service and helpful staff. Unfortunately, a recent change of assistant has left us with a rude, lazy woman who at every turn tells clients what can't be done. Not at all helpful. Clearly in the wrong job as she has no empathy!

They have a sign on the door which tells you that not all disabilities are visible, stroppy girl in off white uniform needs to remember this, also saying please, not talking over and not banging about while serving a customer with a 'hidden disability' would help.

Can get around with pram no problems and staff are helpful
