   The pharmacy goes from bad to worse. There is never the same pharmacist on duty, he has no idea who you are or anything about your medication which now takes well over a week instead of several days like when we had regular staff. This is atrocious and annoying and by the way the healthy weight scales have been broken for about a year without ever fixing them or replacing them

   Unfortunately me and my partner have had problems using the pharmacy within the store. I had a prescription that I handed in but they wouldn’t allow me to have it as it didn’t have my doctors name & number yet it has their signature and address on it! Went back to get it and they said they shouldn’t have refused it and they don’t need the information that apparently needed to be given. They advised me to go to another pharmacy across the road as they were ‘much better’ at handling prescriptions. So I went to a different pharmacy and they happily and quickly got me my prescription without any problems. It seems this boots pharmacy doesn’t want to help its customers.

   My care worker has been 2 times for my medication which I need urgently have not got a chemist in to sign of a Marr chart this has been going on for 2 full days now no helpful staff at all no chemist in a chemist what's a chemist called a chemist fot

   The pharmacy used to be really good but since hiring new staff the customer service has gone down hill. Every week I go to collect my medication and I am told it is not in stock, but they have a look and it is in stock they just haven't processed it yet so I have to wait 30mins. Every week without fail. They also don't answer the phone. Called for 3 hours today and when they eventually answered I was told.... my medication is not in stock. I'm willing to bet that it is in stock but they haven't dealt with it yet, as is the case every week.

   Pharmacy team are lovely. They do answer the phone but sometimes during peak time it can be a bit of a wait but never over 5mins. Unlike some Boots I can get bargin here.
