   Cancelled my flu jab, no reason given other than 'I cancelled it' (which I didn't) then tried to call several times this morning to sort it out but no answer. No other way to get in contact either. Massively inconvenient since it was the only day I could do.

   This place is garbage , staff are terrible, it’s the worst experience I have ever had in Hull , I want the company to answer to this or try to defend , its staff , problems problems problems, what a joke I’ll attempt again in morning to get my wife’s medication, Boots are closing shops or let’s call them Pharmacies , what a terrible service , I’m going back tomorrow 3rd time , this place wants closing down , can’t wait to see the manager tomorrow

   Make promises they can't keep. Say they've got your medication in. Come back at a certain time, then try another day. Not done or they've lost it or not done. Waited a week after it's arrived. Still waiting for prescription to be done. Won't answer phone as too busy, never send a text that it's ready. Queue for twenty to thirty minutes on multiple ocassions to find out, not there or not done. If you could rely on texts for confirmation I wouldn't have to have this review. I'm lucky to get one text in 6 months. The staff are friendly, they are simply under staffed.

   Extremely slow service when it comes to collecting medication, and it's been like this for years (decades) to be honest. The staff are kind, but with all due respect, they stand in the back talking for 20+ minutes. And a lot of people are there to collect much needed/vital medication. There's been a text system in place for a while now which only somewhat works. I mostly call the pharmacy to ensure medication is ready to be collected. And as previously stated, when the time does come to collect it takes a really long time from stepping into the pharmacy to receiving the medication. This pharmacy is vital to Gipsyville locals (as was the Askew Avenue one until it sadly got shut down). I sincerely hope the staff/management take into consideration the voice of the Gipsyville locals who desperately rely on this pharmacy.

   For the Third time Boots Gipsyvill have screwed up my script!! I am taking Longtec witch are addictive ! Today is Saturday, I am in agony and have just been told it will be Wednesday before my script is in!! It is so not nice withdrawing and building up again appalling service! Definitely changing chemist now!! Spend pounds in here !! Am furious!!!!!!!!!
