BEWARE THIS COMPANY, they have removed my negative review from Facebook!! Oh dear they really do have something to hide. Failure to remove this Google review has prompted this company to contact my husband, offer a discount on further treatment in return for at least editing this review so they don’t come off so badly .. Black mail. They are giving my husband hope with further treatment that again might not work. So it wasn’t the fact his treatment was unsuccessful that prompted an offer of a discount .. so no offer of a refund !! WARNING COULD MAKE SYMPTOMS WORSE We have spent £2500 to treat my husbands OCD, money paid upfront and although my husband requested 10 sessions into 1 week this gave my husband no chance to review the treatment half way through and decide if it’s working or not. They did not advise against this, why would they? Quids in right. Why 10 sessions? We were first told 5 was suitable for OCD. Why cram it into 1 week? Surely the brain needs time to recover ?????? Shocking advice from the follow up review, told that it didn’t work because the wrong part of the brain was targeted.. So should we not be refunded ? Offered further treatment on the RIGHT part of the brain free of charge. This is a risky treatment with only 50% ‘success’ rate. How do they measure success? It’s a sliding scale. My husband doesn’t want me write this he is desperate to get well and doesn’t want his current offer rescinded. But sorry the clever marketing team are prying more money out of us SALES SALES SALES THIS IS A FOR PROFIT COMPANY PREYING ON THE VULNERABILITY AND DESPERATION OF PEOPLE SUFFERING FROM MENTAL HEALTH PROBLEMS MY HUSBAND IS STRUGGLING MORE THEN EVER, THE NHS WILL PICK UP THE PIECES THOUGH RIGHT?! Just an update my husband is now so bad he tried to take his own life and is now under the NHS crisis mental health team
