   Excellent Pharmacy had to go to collect relatives medication, staff very helpful and professional,. The staff were able to answer questions and could not have been kinder. The pharmacist seems to be off duty between 1pm and 2pm si if collecting script avoid these times. Excellent wish it was my local pharmacy

   Were okay to begin with. Had to change my chemist yesterday as I was waiting 45 minutes whilst the pharmacist assistant held my prescription in her hand and had a chat with her colleagues!

   Every time I go to Brocklehurst Pharmacy on Willerby Road,I am made to feel like a criminal by the staff who endlessly question me about the items ai want to buy.Yesterday,I only went for padded plasters and wound desinfecting liquid.The lady at the counter was suspicious and asked her colleague to question me who the plasters are for,why I need them.In the end,I was not given either plasters or desinfectant!This is ridiculous and it is not the first time I have been made to feel very uncomfortable.

   Excellent service with the benefit of friendly, professional and knowledgeable staff. They go above and beyond to help you and I have had cases when I requested a prescription in the morning and I have received it before even at the latest mid afternoon the same day. Would definitely recommend this pharmacy and their services.
