   Gypsyville, Hull. Utterly useless! Loooonnnng waiting times to collect prescriptions. Staff seem incapable of serving more than one customer at a time. When they do eventually deign to serve you they disappear in the rear for 5-10 minutes and can be heard chatting with other staff rather than focusing on the job - so annoying. They take ages to find prescriptions then often as not pharmacist has to “check” something before it goes out. Trouble is pharmacist is always at lunch or with a patient when something has to be checked. I changed to another local chemist to collect prescription; difference unbelievable. Never waiting longer than a few minutes even when busy. Staff helpful, efficient and quick. This Gypsyville shambles needs to sort its act out. I would be ashamed to work here.

   The chemist in Sutton upon Hull is closed and thousands will follow due to the bad service , grumpy rude staff and half of the day wasted due to no systems and general lack of interest.

   Used Askew avenue store last week to pick up a prescription and the assistant was really helpful in telling me and assisting me to purchase a pre-payment certificate to save money on my Hrt medication it was really appreciated

   It would be a massive help if you put on your opening hours that you close for lunch at 12.30-1.30 , or 12.25 as i found out on monday when i got there, 12.25 door was getting locked so i couldnt get my perscription !

   A few months ago I went to Boots Askew Ave Hull to pick up an online order, only to find they were closed for lunch! Despite their online details stating they were open 9am-6pm Mon-Fri! Fast forward to today and my husband is currently waiting outside to pick up an order - they’re closed for lunch until 1:30pm! Why on earth don’t they update their opening hours??!!
