   Advertising as a late night pharmacy across internet and NHS information, and it is not open late. Even calling the number on the boarding outside, states it’s closed, with no explanation. There are 2 Google search results for this pharmacy, both have different times for closing. A small note on the door can’t be read while passing in a car trying to find parking. If you need a late night pharmacy, go to Newington on Anlaby Rd, open until 8pm.

   Sent a polite email on 10th April (asked a simple question) ......still waiting for a reply! They also never answered their phone most of that day also. Golden rule no1 to cheese off new potential customers- ignoring them !!! We've gone elsewhere since.

   oh god with all due respect. I got burned and went to the pharmacy in pain. And I asked them to give me something to make me feel better. But they gave me a box of anti-itch pills and according to chatgpt it will make me feel worse because of the ingredients in it

   The staff are friendly here. I like that they support the asthma charity. They have a good selection in and they open late, which is really helpful when you need something late at night and everywhere else is closed. It is situated in a really unique building. The parking can be a nightmare, but there's nothing they can do about it!

   Got a prescription rushed though by 111 and got told to head there now as it is open till 9pm. Arrived at 8:30 and it was shut despite signs on the pharmacy itself saying it is open till 9pm. I needed the medication but now will have to wait till tomorrow evening as I am at work tomorrow day. Waste of time and petrol.

   The pharmacist is rude, aggressive, insulting and dishes out insults when he has to wait for a second. My husband had made the mistake of parking in front of a locked gate. My husband apologised and moved his car straight away. This pharmacist told him he should learn to read and that he had to go around again. An apology should have negated things but it just added to his temper. Hope the CCG know of his angry manner. Seems my husband is not the first to be shouted at be this individual.

   I just called the pharmacy asking for COVID vaccination enquires and even had whom ever spoke to me hanging up the phone, this person as no education whatsoever, no customer service skills and is rude beyond belief! You should be sacked, this is not the way we to address to clients!
