   Should just have this store as a pharmacy only, because there’s never a till on, so have to wait in line for ages at the pharmacy to buy your shopping

   So doctors put two prescriptions into boots for me a week ago,and my niece went to collect my prescriptions yesterday but was only given one, so I have just gone to collect it which are two creams I am desperate for to be told they can not get hold of them, so firstly I asked why wasn't my neice told this yesterday and all the silly girl could do was shrug her shoulders, so this got my back up straight away, then I asked why didnt anyone call me to let me know, silly girls response " yeah can not do that" so I got mad and said completely disgraceful, she then told me to try another pharmacy or call my doctors, the other girls are so lovely and so is the Adam they always go above and beyond for me, she is a disgrace and should not be customer facing. On the way out she tried to be clever and in a sarcastic voice said don't forget your prescriptions you need it, I lost it and shouted I don't and I have rang my doctors and they are sorting it. She is a horrid little girl.

   I have been left with no other choice to have my prescriptions sent to another pharmacy. Every time I approach to collect my prescription there is an issue such as, prescription needs to be signed off or it hasn't been sent electronically. I understand and empathise with the demands of having to overlook and sign off prescriptions, however the staff make it hard to stay calm with their ignorant, defensive attitude they give you. I have been told my prescription only come through the system, although when I called up my doctors to confirm they had sent it accross which two days ago. The staff are clearly unhappy and the vibe is dull.

   Nearly every single time myself or another family member have gone to collect prescriptions there is always a problem. Whether its they don't have it on their system, blaming the doctors practice or incompetent employees not checking which medication needs to be collected. This is affecting mental and physical health and I would never recommend anyone to use this pharmacy. All you can expect is disappointment.
