   Fantastic Service and Quality at Minster Cycles! I recently purchased two Specialized Chisel FS frames from Minster Cycles, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. The team was incredibly helpful, especially when it came to helping my wife choose the correct size. They took the time to ensure the frames were a perfect fit for both of us. The frames arrived quickly, and the shop didn’t miss a beat when it came to transferring parts from our old bikes onto the new frames. The assembly was seamless, and the build quality is top-notch. We took the bikes out for a test ride today, and everything performed perfectly—no issues at all. The bikes feel great on the trail! Great service, quick turnaround, and top-quality builds.    I was cycling down to Hull on a bike tour and called in for an emergency repair when my bottom bracket came loose. I had a window of several days but the bloke refused to book me in or help out saying they were 'too busy' . I don't think I've ever been refused an on the road repair before, even the busiest mechanics will generally try and help out. I went to Wilsons at Beverley, left the bike and they fixed it in a few hours and charged next to nothing.... and I was on my way again.

   Really surprised ,huge inside lots of stock bikes, accessories and best range of cycle clothing I've seen anywhere. Staff are polite and helpful,Tom spent over an hour with us sizing a bike for us. Very knowledgeable and not at all pushy Would recommend the store to everyone.

   Had a bike fitting with Peter Sat 18th May. Great service and very knowledgeable. There was no rush to the appointment and I was in just over 2 hours. The shop is very busy with people popping in and out however the fitting room is upstairs and private. The whole team made me feel welcome with plenty of offers of cups of tea, overall a really good experience and hopefully I will now be able to ride my bike to its full potential and injury free. Thanks Minster Cycles !

   Excellent Knowledgeable Service from all the Team - they really know their stuff! Tom recommended to me two bikes that I had already shortlisted in my head as potential options for my new 'Summer Bike' based on my budget, gear specifications and riding requirements. I had the pleasure of test riding two new bikes for several miles before choosing the one that appealed to me most. They also currently offer 0% finance if you are after something a little more 'elite'. Highly recommended to all! Thanks to all the team for a truly positive buying experience. Well done!
