   We have used this Pharmacy for about a year now and the service has always been great. They deliver my mums medication monthly in blister packs before she runs out each month and we are always updated of any issues.

   The service provided by Doctors Direct Pharmacy is consistently exceptional. They are easy to communicate with and always available to assist. The team consistently goes above and beyond, whether it's uploading information to the EMAR system, answering our queries about medications or the EMAR system, or personally delivering medications on their way home. This brings me to the purpose of this review: yesterday, the team excelled once again by working after hours to resolve a medication shortage issue at a local care home caused by a system error. They dedicated their evening to uploading and delivering medication to us late at night. Their helpfulness, professionalism, and understanding are unmatched; nothing is ever too much trouble. I highly recommend them to any business seeking exceptional support. The difference between Doctors Direct and the traditional pharmacies we used to use is night and day. We could not ask for more.

   I've been left waiting for medication for over 12 days more than once, despite calling them 2 or 3 times whilst waiting. This is not just down to apply issues - there seems to be a woeful lack of professionalism and care taken. More than once, I've discovered that medications have not even been begun to be processed when on my second call to them to chase up a prescription - these were essential medications. This place used to be very good and reliable when Elaine was working there. Since she resigned and found a new job, Doctors Direct has sadly gone back to its old, disorganised ways. I've moved to a new pharmacy and advise you to do the same, if your health is important to you.

   Doctors direct have been supplying the care home I manage since before I joined the team, they also support our other home with no issues. I called Jess to speak to her and established that the previous staff had made things a little confusing and difficult at times. Jess had helped change all our medication over to monthly blisters and provided the correct trolly system for this as well, no questions asked (even thou it was not the original arrangement before I started). Jess answers the phone whenever me or the team call her, and the rest of her team is very helpful no matter the problem. They have provided training on our E-MAR system and basic training to staff administering medication. I'm very happy all round with the service and support from the team.

   every one at doctors direct are very helpfull and polite especially elaine ,i am a carer for my husband and now my mum and dad if i have any problems at all regarding medication they are very quick to sort it out for me ,,the medication comes on time and delivered to my door i wouldnt use any one else well done all at doctors direct and keep up the good work and thank you for all you do marilyn shotter

   They left a 95 year old lady in agony all weekend as they failed to deliver her urgent antibiotics. I called them twice on Friday 18/3 to check they would definitely be delivered and was told by Paul they would be. Amendment: 19/3 after leaving the above review the antibiotics were delivered Saturday Pm thank you. I have however been through the security camera footage for the hour on Friday you say there was an attempted delivery and I cannot see an attempted delivery or a door bell ring, but maybe the camera missed it, my mother was in continuously. 30/3 great service today, urgent antibiotics delivered very quickly so have amended previous review to reflect this .

   WARNING: These guys are leaving prescriptions on pavement in front of door where kids can get them when no one is home. I've tried repeatedly to call to discuss this, only to spend ages hearing ring and automated messages the I am in a queue, that I'm now First in queue, that someone will answer the phone as soon as they can, when it turns out they CLOSED BEFORE I called. PATHETIC AND DANGEROUS!

   Used this company for a couple of years. I imagine that if you have ordinary prescriptions there are fewer mistakes. One of my pain killers is on the controlled drugs list. This week alone WE were told that they would be delivered monday, (no drugs, no calls) We called 4 times Tuesday and were told that they were on the truck for pm delivery, then we were told that DDP never got then, then that my drugs were in Cumbria, then that I would get them between 7-8pm then they arrived 3-50 mins after I called them again at 8:30pm. 4 of my monthly drugs were misseing and we were promised they'd be here wed. after no contact we called thruday and were told they "would chase them" and we'd get them Friday. Friday morning we were told they were on the delivery truck, then that they weren't on truck but would be delivered today until the 5th time we called, after 2pm they told us the pain killers had never been sent to DDP and we'd have to wait until Monday to get them. So throughout the week various staff promised we would get them that day or the next, while in fact DDP HAD NEVER RECIEVED THE DRUGS THEY WERE PROMISING TO DELIVER ALLL WEEK LONG. Remember they've run my monthly drugs for years so they knew that I would run out of pills 5 days ago.
