Our Romanian rescue Stuart absolutely loves going to Lone Valley! He gets so excited when he sees Karen and jumps all over her! He comes back happy, and can't wait to go back again!
We have used Lone Valley a few times before. Booking is straightforward and confirmation comes through promptly. Staff always welcoming and friendly. Their prices seem reasonable. Our dog is always well looked after and we are happy with the care he receives here.
The care taken by Karen, Jim and Chelsea is second to none. Our rescue dogs get first class attention and are very well cared for. Nothing is too much trouble and Labrador Lifeline Trust would recommend to any dog owner needing a kennel.

My little family of 3 dogs had a lovely time and have slept all afternoon. Summer holidays booked already. Sadly the entrance road is in very poor condition, and could do with repairs. Didn't affect the care of my dogs xxxxx
My two little yorkies spent two weeks here and really seemed to enjoy themselves. I think they were very well looked after and would certainly trust this kennels and leave them there again.
A lovely family run kennels! Casper comes to stay at Lone Valley Kennels every time we go away and we would not go anywhere else. He comes back so cheerful which shows how well he has been cared for. Karen and Chelsea are really friendly and helpful. When I drive Casper down the track he now starts whimpering with excitement. I thoroughly recommend Lone Valley if need dog boarding kennels!
Great Kennels, friendly staff, my dog has aggressive issues and the staff accommodate his needs so I can rest easily on holiday knowing he is in a safe environment- being looked after well. Would recommend the kennel.
Went to view these kennels for our 3 little dogs. To say I was shocked was an understatement. All dogs in outdoor pens which were cold and bare and exposed to the elements. All they had was their water bowl and a couple of dogs had a toy. Asked about the heating as it was a cold rainy , windy day and told they sometimes put the heaters on but dogs fur was warm enough. They open the hatch to let them go into the back for their bedding in the evening. So lying on a bare cold concrete floor is what they will be doing apart from getting out in the garden once ( field) / once/ twice which has to be coordinated with big/ small dogs or owners requests. Honestly, felt sorry for the dogs, they were pacing or just looking through the bars. Prison cells would look like an upgrade!
