   Issues can arise in any industry or profession..it's not about the problem, it's about how it is resolved.. Young George resolved an issue and made sure that everything was okay. Mistakes happen but it's how it's delt with that makes the difference. I will go back and recommend. The service is second to none.... Friendly , polite and willing to help.    Was left feeling disappointed and frankly, insulted. A few items caught our eye in the window so went inside to discuss wedding bands. The gentlemen who served us gave us both a look up and down and automatically assumed we couldn't afford anything in the shop because we were casually dressed. Suggested we go to Commercial Road if we wanted rings as "nothing in Southsea would suit us" and "the price range is a bit of a jump in here". He'd immediately assumed we were time wasters and couldn't afford anything, when that isn't the case. I wouldn't enter a shop if I knew I couldn't afford what was in it. I can guarantee if we were dressed differently he would've greeted us warmly. Terrible! Would rather take my money elsewhere.

   Came in with a female friend to help scope out wedding bands. The lady who greeted us immediately wanted to know if we were purchasing something - no warm greeting or how are you. Then proceeded to be extremely rude when we asked to size her ring. We showed interest in a ring in the window and she was even further ruder to us. We got the ring sized then left immediately. Horrific customer service. Took one look at us and thought we were time wasters. We left feeling very offended.
