   We used Waterworks for two projects after being recommended them by a friend in the building trade. Firstly, they removed previous heating system including exposed aged pipework and replaced with new combo boiler and pipework. Secondly, they swapped over a bedroom and bathroom, including electrical, stud work and plastering in addition to the old bathroom rip out and new bathroom install. Everyone who worked at our property was very professional, very tidy and very accommodating with requests. Been a pleasure having the team work on the house and very pleased with the outcome of both sets of works. Special shout out for Darren from their team whose attention to detail and patience with our requirements was much appreciated. Wouldn’t hesitate to give the Waterworks team a call for anything we need in the future.

   Dan and his team at Waterworks have been looking after our plumbing requirements for over 10 years. Last week they completed a three day major upgrade and new boiler fitment of our heating and hot water system. I feel I must write and say just how wonderful their work and service is. They are so talented and professional at all times and in particular Archie who is an extremally clever and competent technician and is so helpful. My wife and I can honestly say have no doubt if you are considering Waterworks for your requirements do not have any hesitation you are in very safe and professional hands.

   We chose Dan and the team to install the new heat source pump and underfloor heating in our new build project. The service was superb with the project completed on time and at the agreed price. They have also subsequently given great back up including work with our Loxone technology providers to create the interface. Most importantly the performance of the heating & hot water system in the house is amazing. Finally, their partners, Alto, were extremely efficient and helpful in gaining us the Grant. Thank you.

   Waterworks Services Ltd came on time on the day agreed for assessment, gave the quotation timely with the options for either repair or replacement of our old boiler. When we made decision on the option, we get given time slots for work to be done, and again: the delivery was on time, quick and efficient. The engineers were very nice and professional, and finished work on the time given (a bit less than 1 day) . We were then asked for confirmation if we were satisfied with the delivery and boiler performance, before the invoice was issued to us. The invoice was exactly as price provided in the quotation, not a penny more, even though extra pipes were purchased on the day. We were super happy with this service, and anyway we use Waterworks Services Ltd for the last 10 years (radiators and taps replacement/new toilet, sink and shower installation- including new tiles on the wall), and we were always very happy with their services. We definitely, frankly and strongly recommend using their services!:)

   I contacted Waterworks Services Ltd as my boiler needed an annual service. Jodie was very helpful and arranged a visit at a time that was suitable to me within three working days! When the engineer, Billy, attended my address, I found him to be polite and very professional. I don't usually leave reviews, but the service I received from this company was so good, they deserve this review. Excellent service, I would thoroughly recommend them.

   With my gas engineer from another company down with COVID on the morning she was coming to check a boiler fault, Dan came next day and made the repair at a reasonable cost. I recommend him and the company strongly.
