   I wouldn’t recommend this company based on my experience. I booked through their website for what should have been a simple job: replacing a mouldy rubber seal on my washing machine. I had already bought the correct part, so they only needed to install it. The technician arrived on time, but things went wrong from there. He said he might need my help, which I found odd, although he didn’t end up needing any. He installed the rubber seal without following the official AEG instructions and left it clearly misaligned, as you can see in the photos. After he left, I did a load of laundry. The machine washed but didn’t drain. When I tested the spin cycle, the drum wasn’t spinning as fast as it normally does, and it sounded like it was rubbing against the new seal. I called the company right away. The same technician told me it had nothing to do with his work and insisted the installation was correct, even though the seal wasn’t aligned properly. Over the phone he suddenly said I probably needed a new drum, which didn’t make sense since he had checked the drum earlier that morning and didn’t mention any issue. The whole experience left me really disappointed. The lack of responsibility, the poor installation, and the quick blame shift were surprising. Based on this, I personally wouldn’t recommend them.

   Reliable and honest. Our tumble dryer was not producing any heat. Turned out it was just some loose connections, so we were just charged the standard fee. We are obviously not experts, so the engineer could have told us anything and charged us for a new heating element or something else. But he didn't, he was very honest and fixed the problem in about 5 minutes.

They have been reliable and a good price every time. The last job was a replacement heater in a tumble dryer, came out to take a look, went away to get the part and all done within the hour.    Matt and Donna were great! We have a Bosch dishwasher that was giving us an E19 error. We booked an appointment on Tuesday and they were able to come round and fix on Thursday of the same week. Really efficient and professional service. Will definitely use again.

   EDIT: for those wondering why they got one star, just read their reply. The irony of posting such a poor attempt at justification and not realising this is likely to put people off tells you all you need to know. Companies and reputations are built on how you react when something goes wrong and not your five star reviews. Turned up before appointment time and because I was out left a card to rebook. When I rang to check said appointment was a ‘window’. Then didn’t reappear or tell me they weren’t coming. Avoid like the plague Just rang me insist I take this review down. Wouldn’t accept they’d done anything wrong and was incredibly rude Apparently this doesn’t suggest they weren’t coming back

   Booked online, appointment following day. Got a call to ask if they could come earlier than booked as they were ahead of time. They arrived promptly. Very friendly quick to start the job. All done with no mess in a very hot kitchen. Will be recommending them to my friends. 100% satisfied. Will definitely be using again for any future appliance issues.
