   I came into silver Viscount today thinking Dave was there but he Was not. But a lovely young man called Conner was. I thought oh no he won't be able to help me and left my power cable at home to!!! But he did it. He amazingly found another cable to fit. He threaded my very old machine n had it working.    I paid a visit to the store to take my wife’s embroidery machine in for a service and a fault. The engineer and the member of staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The shop has a vast array of sewing machines, embroidery and other machines. I noticed a good stock of both wool and threads. Overall a very interesting place.

   What an amazing little find this place was! I can’t believe I didn’t know it was here! I had an issue with my Singer sewing machine and took it to Silver Viscount. Even with just a quick glance, Dave was able to immediately tell me what the issue was. He took the time to explain to me what was wrong as he put it right. He also took the time to explain lots of functions that I didn’t know about my machine, or those that I hadn’t been confident enough to try. A total legend! On top of this, I’ve been paying through the roof at a well known high street craft store for my cotton and machine accessories , when all the time this amazing place was here on my doorstep. A huge selection of cottons in all colours and sizes. Easy to find, ample parking, friendly service and a great selection of machines and accessories. I will definitely be going back.

   Really friendly and helpful. I went to look at a knitting machine and came away with all my questions answered (and a machine!). The directions I got on the phone were great, but if you didn't have them I can imagine it's quite hard too find.

   Silver viscount are a very friendly and very helpful. I took my machine in yesterday and it was cleaned, a part found for it and the technician was very friendly and polite. All in all I was very impressed and I would definitely return again if needed. Excellent value for money too

   The service here is beyond compare, they have fixed my sewing machine and overlocker at minimal cost (£20 courier which is very reasonable) and I will always use Silver Viscount products because of their fantastic service. Rosie is exceptional, her customer service skills are excellent. Really great company, I love my Silver machines! Fantastic, can't recommend them enough.

   Absolutely brilliant service can't fault a thing. I took in a vintage machine that hadn't been used in donkeys years and wasn't working, the guy knew straight away what was wrong with it. They called me the next day with a completely refurbished working machine all for £40. I am really impressed would definitely recommend this company.
