Stunning location and truly wonderful accommodation. Very spacious and appropriately decorated in a tasteful nautical theme. We stayed just before Christmas and the Christmas tree and decorations were an added bonus and were perfect for our seasonal celebrations. Would highly recommend staying.
Seaspray is a delight no matter what the weather. From the cosy comfort of the conservatory you can watch the crazy kite surfers on a wet windy day or sit outside on the beach itself on a nice day. Rooms are all a great size and the kitchen is lovely and big and fully equipped with everything you could possibly need.
*It looks like I can't add a 2nd review so I'll update the first one from my visit earlier in the year (Feb 2024) I have just returned from a 50th celebration weekend as a party of 6 ladies in this amazing little gem ON the beach. As part of our trip we were going to sample the local pubs, but never managed to get out. We were all too happy enjoying Seaspray for the entire weekend. The ever changing views of the sea, the two different seating areas and great table for socialising meant we were very happy to stay put. Instead, we walked up and down the shoreline, had a dip in the sea, and enjoyed the amazing location. The local chippy comes highly recommended. There are 2 within close walking distance - both are great. QMIN, the local Indian takeaway delivered some very tasty new flavours for a very reasonable price on the Saturday night. Being a creative lot we managed some hula hooping on the beach, an outdoor lunch on the picnic table, ukulele playing and crafts and more. I'm sure we will all be back again soon. Thank you Sam - it was just what we all needed. February Review - Seaspray is just that little bit of magic you may have forgotten about! It's an enchanting home away from home where you can properly relax. I will be honest and say I was happy to watch the waves rolling in for hours. Even at night during the dark month of February you can hear the waves crashing gently into the shingle beach which was magical. Walking on the beach is literally out of the back door and there you are. We flew kites, collected pretty shells and rocks and just enjoyed the wonderful sea air. Off to the right is the lagoon and natural harbour, you can make a circular walk which we did in all weathers. The location is fantastic and it was also very handy to have a well stocked little supermarket less than a few minutes away around the corner. The kitchen is very well equipped and immaculate. The beds are extremely comfortable and the lounge is perfect for relaxing, eating, chatting or reading. All in all you really can't go wrong paying a visit to Seaspray. You will want to go back!
A sunny October weekend at Seaspray just can’t be beaten! Having visited in February with family I returned again to enjoy such a superb location with my friends. It really is on the beach! Quite the Tardis, once inside you have a couple of relaxing seating areas to unwind in as well as the four bedrooms, sleeping 7 in total, very very comfortably. The quirky carriage bedrooms are a charm and adds interest to your stay.
Just home from a girlie weekend break at Seaspray, Pagham and I wanted to share what a fabulous time we had! Accommodation is cute, charming with its railway sleeper character and a real home from home with everything that we needed. That view in the morning, the back door right onto the beach was so lovely, refreshing and a real treat. Beds were really comfy too, everyone slept well, helped by the sea air too! We explored a bit locally too and I know we would all love to go back and get our fix of Seaspray once more! Thank you Sam for providing everything we needed and making it such a memorable trip, I highly recommend a visit either a weekend or longer x
Delightful retreat right on the beach so that at night and in the day, one can hear the waves rolling in and out of the pebbles - divine and a real escape from the outside world. Lovingly and sensitively decorated in keeping with the seaside setting, well equipped for all catering needs, extremely comfortable and immaculate throughout. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Seaspray which was a perfect spot to have a sweet little weekend away with some girlfriends to celebrate a 50th birthday.
Seaspray is a beautiful cottage in a very beautiful setting. It is well set-up with everything you could need on a holiday. It has gorgeous views from the front room. We spent a lovely peaceful week there; we and the children had the best time swimming, collecting stones and just chilling.
Seaspray was a perfect place for our girls weekend away in an ideal location right on the sea front. The views were amazing. The holiday home was well equipped and nicely decorated throughout. Would love to stay again sometime when able.
We had a fantastic week staying in Seaspray. The cottage has been renovated beautifully and was very comfortable, we had everything we needed. Our young grandchildren (both under 2) were introduced to Pagham beach for the first time and they loved it. All was very clean when we arrived a great comfort at the present time. Being so close to the sea is so relaxing, even with 2 toddlers around! Thank you Sam for providing us with such a great place to stay.
