   During my recent visit with friends and family, we were disappointed with the room we were allocated for two adults and one child. Upon our return to the room, we discovered that the heater was not functioning, resulting in a chilling experience. As per the provided manual, we could contact only from 08:00 AM to 08:00 PM hence do not wanted to call. However, we were left to endure the cold throughout the night. No carpets in the floor which makes it hard as well without heating. Additionally, the toilet and bathroom were not satisfactory, and the shower lacked adequate pressure. It took time to flow hot water from faucet in toilet Furthermore, the door leading from the bathroom was accompanied by a passageway that compromised our sense of security and feels odd. My daughter had to stay in other room Of my friend’s apartment in the same apartment That room is not suitable for family with kids. Despite these, we were pleasantly surprised by the quality of the welcome pack. Within a short time in morning the heating issue was resolved within 10 minutes of our complaint. The room was conveniently located near the beach and shops. Hut tub accompanied rooms are good Enough utensils to cook. May be being booked another room would had been a memorable stay, unfortunately dint happen this time.

   We stayed in Cadogan, a one bed apartment. They really did think of everything. There was an allocated parking space. Everything you would need; Shower gel, shampoo, hand soap, dishwasher tablets, coffee pods, biscuits, milk, tea, sugar, hot chocolate, washing pods. An iron and board, microwave, kettle, toaster, gas hob, fridge, oven, coffee maker, a shower, hot tub, tv, radio, one fan, washer drier, and dishwasher. The cleaners were lovely and helped me to the car with my bags, whilst I struggled with my little one. The sea view was fantastic from the living room, the location was great, a short walk to the beach, old Shanklin, and the Chine. The apartment was clean, and had Wifi. For evenings and rainy days, the TV was logged into BBC I player, and Disney+, there were other streaming services too. Scrabble and Monopoly in the cupboard. The only negative was having problems with the third party payment service, and an automated fire door closer needing new batteries which kept the kitchen door closed. The access to the local hotels facilities were a surprise, a nice touch that we were very grateful for. We used the pool, the park, and toddler play area, but there is a bar/restaurant and much more. Would recommend in a heartbeat.

   Probably about our 20+ visit . We are never disappointed all villas we have been in have been upgraded on a regular basis . This year some extra touches that were fantastic . Nothing is a problem to the staff or housekeepers. It’s like going to our 2nd home . Can not recommend enough. No1 place to stay in Isle of Wight Thank you Reid family

   We have arrived today for our 4th visit here - this time we booked direct with shanklin villas apartments ( only because there was a problem Online!) so glad we did because booking for 4 nights gave us a free ferry trip over we paid £403 for the 4 nights in the lovely Worsley apartment and had THE best welcome pack wine/chocolates/cake/coffee /water/homemade soup Couldnt have been better - we loved this place before - but now we love it even more!!!! We also had a welcome card with an offer for discount - even more!! - on our next visit - Also Roth - their cleaning lady has always been very welcoming and gave us a hug on arrival today - as on Previous visits - such a warm - welcome arrival - love it - love it - and will Always come back here - shanklin villas Apartments - thank u SO much for a family/welcoming place To stay - means SO much ! xxxxxxxxx

   A fantastic place to stay. We stayed over Christmas and the effort they put into it for us was amazing. Proper Christmas tree for us to decorate and a very good welcome gift basket. Friendly staff. It has a hot tub as well. All the kids loved staying there. Like a home from home.

   Just come back from a stay at the Worsley apartment here. Fantastic light modern and plenty of space. Kitchen had everything you could need. Smart TV and board games ready to play. Hot tub of which there were two was glorious

   We had an amazing stay in the Mountbatten Garden Appartment. Lots of little touches which made it so homely. Brilliant location so we could go sea swimming and the hot tub was a huge bonus. The maintenance man was there when we'arrived and was so so helpful.

   Good quality, clean apartments with helpful and friendly staff. Our room had a very pleasant sea view. Small kitchen but we didn't use it much because we preferred to eat out. Really quiet location and access to a hot tub.

   Wonderful apartment where you have everything you need. The only 2 bug bears was the bed was a touch on the small side and the water pressure was a little lower than what I'm used to at home. But, you are in an excellent location quite central to most things and you're also next to a very nice beach already. Couldn't have asked for a much better place to stay! Very pleased and would definitely recommend and use again if we ever come back to the Isle of Wight.
