I provided the ring style, sizes, and gold carat details we wanted, and within one working day, Rob responded with full information on availability, pricing, and collection dates. From the day I paid the deposit to the day the rings were ready for collection, the entire process took just one week. Rob and his team were professional, courteous, and kept me updated throughout every step. It was a pleasure meeting them and, more importantly, supporting a local independent business.    I sent my watch to that shop with friend to change battery for first time after buy it 2 years. I told him "let them know to be careful while opening to back avoid to scratched". But they didn't care what he told them and scratched it. And they told him "there was already scratch on back". Very disappointed, never going here again. it's such a shame.

   This jeweller completely damaged my watch! I went in to change the battery of a watch I was given, and they could not change the battery, which is fine, however in the process of trying to do so, they completely scratched up the back of the watch, ripped the straps on both sides and dislodged some of the gems from the dial of the watch. The complete lack of care taken whilst handling the item is appalling, and overall I am extremely disappointed. (Before photo added for reference)
