   I have used Kerrie five times now to book our family holidays at Reunion Resort, and every experience has been excellent. Kerrie is always helpful and very knowledgeable, which makes the whole booking process straightforward. Every villa we have stayed in has been beautiful and had everything we needed. The resort has great facilities, lovely wildlife, and amazing sunsets, and the location is ideal, only about 10 minutes from the Disney parks. I highly recommend Kerrie and Exclusive Private Villas. She always finds the perfect villa for our family, and we will continue booking with her for future trips.

   Exclusive Private Villas has been one of the most pleasant companies I’ve worked with and booked a holiday with me and my family stayed in a villa on Muirfield Loop and it was nothing short of incredible. From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by how beautiful, spacious, and spotless the villa was. Every detail felt luxurious and welcoming. The pool area was stunning, the bedrooms were immaculate, and the whole place felt like our own private resort. What really made our experience so special was the amazing team behind it all. At one point, we forgot our villa code, but the team at Exclusive Private Villas were so friendly and quick to help us. A huge special mention goes to Kerrie, who went above and beyond for us. She gave us fantastic recommendations for things to do around the Kissimmee area, from hidden local gems to family-friendly attractions and amazing restaurants, we never would’ve found on our own. Her local knowledge really made our holiday unforgettable. Kerrie even managed to get me a Tee Time on all three of the golf courses in the reunion resort. I absolutely loved the Nicklaus course as the clubhouse is an incredible place to grab a bite to eat and have a beer after a round of golf. The villa was the perfect base for exploring Florida, and after long days out, it was pure bliss to come back and relax in such a comfortable and beautifully maintained home. Me and my family had the most amazing time, both in the villa and out and we’re already talking about coming back next year.

   Stayed in one of the villas at Reunion Resort through Exclusive Private Villas and honestly couldn’t fault it. The place was spotless, modern and had everything we needed. The team were great whenever we had a question and got back to us straight away. Kerrie was especially brilliant as she recommended loads of great restaurants and local spots around Kissimmee that made the trip even better. Can’t wait to come back. Thanks to Kerrie and the team!

   I had an unforgettable stay with Exclusive Private Villas, located in the incredible Reunion Resort. The villa was out of this world – spacious, luxurious, and perfect for a relaxing getaway. It was fantastic to have access to the resort's amazing water park, which added so much fun to our trip. The close proximity to Disney was also a huge bonus, making it so easy to visit the parks. The service was excellent, with quick responses and incredibly helpful staff. I highly recommend this experience for anyone looking for a top-tier vacation!

   We booked a lovely villa in Reunion on vrbo for our October half term holiday a good year in advance. But with 6 weeks to go we were abruptly told by the owners that they were cancelling our booking due to "unforeseen" reasons. After trawling all the usual websites for the best part of a week trying to find suitable alternative accommodation, we made contact with Kerrie who promptly found us the most stunning villa in Bears Den. It ticked nearly all of our boxes, and we where delighted when, on arrival, it exceeded our expectations. Thanks for your patience Kerrie and we'll definitely be in touch again.

   The property was well kept and clean. However, WiFi was non existant basically. The general entertainment system of the property was an issue. TVs wouldnt work, the whole movie theater (a main reason to have selected this property) wasnt working. No clarity on how to control the property, even the staff didnt know. Kerrie was available and responded in a timely manner, but paying what we paid for a property and not having basic things like Wifi or cable TV was an issue for us.

   Upkeep of the exterior was not good. Bugs all over the coach lights and the weeds coming through all the pavers were so high they were touching the lounge chairs Part of the pool screen was hanging over the pool. Chairs for the dining looked like play chairs they were tiny not adult chairs Carpet had too many stains . The staff did respond immediately and took care of some of the issues but I didn’t like walking in and having to make phone call after phone call with issues. AC did not work the first 24hrs etc.
