   I am absolutely ecstatic with my new bathroom which has exceeded my expectations! The entire process was very professionally executed; starting with the initial ideas and quote stage where Haydn took me through the key aspects and followed up with suggestions on suitable designs. No questions were too much and his responses were always friendly and very helpful. Haydn gave me constant progress updates and worked meticulously and with so much attention to detail. His craftsmanship and superb skills were reflected in the incredible end result which I feel is magical. It really is my dream bathroom and I’m so thankful that I chose HC Plumbing & Heating over the other providers, and even more so as his price was better. I’ve now booked to do my downstairs bathroom too and I can’t wait for Haydn to give me another amazing transformation!

   Haydn fitted a 600 x 600 double convector radiator, removed old radiator & fitted that one in the hallway. He did a fantastic job. Pipes had to be extended on double convector radiator, the pipes were hidden behind the radiator you could not see them, it looks great. No mess , no fuss from Haydn he took everything in his stride, no stress. Very happy customer. You need a Plumber he is your man.

   Haydn recently carried out repairs and replacement on our kitchen tiles and radiators, delivering excellent results. His work was professional, thorough, and of high quality. He demonstrated great attention to detail and efficiency, ensuring everything was completed to a high standard. Always kind and polite and explain to us in details what he will be doing until the end. We are extremely pleased with his service and would highly recommend him without hesitation. 100% satisfied!

   We would recommend Hayden in a heartbeat if you are planning a new bathroom! Right from the beginning he advised us on fittings and fixtures and bought samples of tiles to show us. The whole two bathrooms were completed to high spec with careful attention to detail. Hayden is an experienced plumber and tiler and bought in his own electrician to change lights etc. He is very very tidy and takes considerable pride in his work. We have posted before and after photographs but they really don’t do his work justice. Don’t hesitate to use him. This is a genuine review, even tho we sound like proud parents!

   This is the second time Haydn has completely refitted a bathroom for us in separate houses, as before, everything from the beginning to the finished bathroom has been superb, the quality and meticulous workmanship shines through. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Haydn as we know he always goes the extra mile, communicates everything perfectly, works cleanly and even ran the vacuum round at the end! His work was done to an excellent quality and was completed to the original deadline. He made sure to keep the mess to a minimum and cleaned up after himself. We were thoroughly impressed with his work and we will continue to use him for all of our plumbing and heating needs.
