A difficult delivery made easy by good communications. Rob from Gosport visited our property, liaised with the crane driver and achieved a smooth delivery. An issue after delivery was quickly resolved and our spa was back in use almost immediately, couldn’t ask for better service.
We found the whole experience from showroom to installation excellent. Rob, at the Gosport branch, was very welcoming, informative, (we felt no pressure to purchase) and we found the hot tub to meet our requirements. We were invited to the Happy Hot Tubs main site at Waltham to view our hot tub prior to delivery which gave us assurance that this was the one for us. Delivery at our house through the many obstacles to the bottom of our garden was handled so well by the team - we were very impressed. Installation and setup of the hot tub was efficient and the operation and care explained well. I would recommend Happy Hot Tubs to anyone considering the purchase of one.
Hi we had our hot tub delivered on the 29th of October, we ordered it from the showroom at Gosport with the help of Rob Savage. Really professional delivery no worries or hassle even though the tub was lifted over the house by crane. James and Chris were first rate putting it in position , within 3hours all done with tub filled and instructions given. Can’t wait to get in and have a toast to Happy days . I’ve been a customer of Happy Hot Tubs for more than 10 years and have recently upgraded my spa for a new one. Louise (in the office) is always a pleasure to deal with and is very knowledgeable and helpful and Rob, from the Gosport show room has also gone above and beyond in terms of helping me find the right spa for me. Walked by them a few times,did pop in for a peek when the opened :) My mate and I have recently acquire inflatable hot tubs so we popped into talk about chemicals and water upkeep . The staff were brilliant and helped us to understand what was needed . I guess happy hot tubs work on the theory of from little acorns bigger trees grow ;) There chemicals are good quality and cheaper than the internet and they even had the filters at a lower price for my mates hot tub .. If you need help and advice and chemicals ect pop in you won't be disappointed:)
Hot tub delivered yesterday, expertly installed by Matt & Harry then a full explanation given on how to take care of the whole hot tub, not just the water treatments - thank you for your polite customer care and professionalism. Also like to thank Peter for his continued customer care and advice. So glad we have taken the ‘plunge’ at last - looking forward to a lot of time in the tub.
I went into happy hot tubs for some advice about which hot tub would suit my needs. All the staff have been very helpful and explained the benefits of different tubs and which ones would meet my needs taking into account my height and what I wanted it to do. Once I had decided what I wanted they let me know what was available and when. I was having a garden room built and this delayed the delivery of the tub but they worked with our builders and kept it storage until we were ready. They came and installed it and then came back and set it up when we were ready. They have also been on hand to give us advice about water chemicals making sure we have got it right. I am very happy with the service I have received
Great experience with Happy Hot Tubs. Despite the longer delivery times during 2021, they managed to get the hot tub delivered and installed in time for Christmas. Delivery was smooth and efficient despite being slightly tricky (in a half sunk pit). Up to now we've had no problems and it's been great.
I needed two custom hot tub lids made to drawings. I had to wait about ten weeks to get the new lids, which seems fairly standard, but they arrived and the fit was really good. The quality looks very good as well, with neat stitching, and a clean finish. The two lids only cost £700!! One of lids from a genuine source was nearly £700 by itself. The other lid no longer available. All in all, I am very pleased the purchase, and Happy Hot Tubs communication. I would recommend them.
