   Very happy with the boiler and radiator service Terry did today (his Platinum boiler service). It is the first time we have used Terry but we were impressed by how thorough Terry was and how helpful he was. He spent neary 2 hours doing the whole service because he was so thorough which made us feel that our boiler and radiators were properly serviced. The whole booking service on his website is easy to use and it is simple to book an appointment at your convenience. Terry was prompt, very positive about his work and he insisted we call him without hesitation should we have any questions or problems - we haven't but nice to know that he is easily contactable. Overall, a very fair price for an excellent job, would definitely recommend Terry and we will definitely use Terry again for future plumbing jobs as well as our annual boiler service.
