    ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I had a really positive experience with National Windscreens β€” the service was excellent from start to finish. The staff were friendly, professional, and really efficient. I was greeted straight away when I arrived, and everything was clearly explained about the repair and how long it would take. The whole process was smooth, and the turnaround time was much quicker than I expected. The waiting area was clean and comfortable, and the team kept me updated throughout, which made the experience easy and stress-free. You can tell the staff genuinely care about doing a great job and keeping customers happy. My windscreen was repaired to a really high standard, and the vehicle was ready exactly when they said it would be. Another nice bonus is the location β€” there’s a Greggs and a Subway just nearby, so you can grab a coffee or a bite to eat while you wait. It made the short wait actually quite enjoyable! Overall, I couldn’t fault the service at all. Fast, friendly, and professional from beginning to end.     My car a Jaguar XF required a new windscreen. After two new windscreens and lots of goes at calibrating them the car needed to go to a Jaguar dealer. Jaguar dealer had issues too and put their windscreen in. third windscreen proved not to be straightforward and took three days to calibrate it. I would like to thank the guys at National windscreen. I was looked after throughout the whole difficult process and kept informed. I can 100% recommend their service and support even though my car was an issue.

    Excellent service. I was covered through my insurance so had just an excess to pay. Was told to allow up to four hours to get the windscreen changed. In just over an hour it was done. My HUD and cameras all recalibrated to the new screen. Made an annoying issue as painless as possible. Can highly recommend. Costa coffee just a short walk away.

    Booked in to get my windscreen replaced. At no point I was told to remove my dashcam. Collected my car, only when I got home I noticed that the hard wire has been damaged. Didn’t even have the decency to let me know that this has happened when I collected my car. Have sent several emails. 6 weeks later and still waiting for a response. Absolute joke.

    All in all very good experience ive had with National Windscreens. They came when they said they would. Didn't disrupt my plans and did a good job. The only issue I had was the heated screen (Ford) didn't work but they are returning this weekend to sort out for me.

    Weather was -4c on the day young man came about 2.30. I made the man a cup of tea before starting which was cold with in mins he worked hard to finish the job as soon as possible a good 2 hours had passed not quite finish offered him a second cup of tea refused as he had 2 more job that day. What a star bless him thinking of his customers waiting 5 star worker.

    Fast and efficient. They fixed a rather large chip in 25 minutes and you'd be hard pushed no notice the tiny smudge left in its place. Only downside is the call centre. Very slow in answering calls, leaving you on hold for an eternity and sometimes even disconnecting the phone! This is nothing new though, there must be a way they make money from doing this as every single company employees this tactic.

    After dealing with Autoglass to replace my rear windscreen, who by the way are incompetent beyond comprehension, I obtained my own glass directly with Mazda at Riverside. I spoke to Stuart at National Windscreens and he was just marvellous. He organised for the screen to be collected and returned to them, I then took my car in a few days later for them to fit it. I was told I may have to wait for a few hours, so I sat in Costa a few doors down. After 1.5hrs they called to say it was ready. They were so nice to deal with and worth paying privately as opposed to going through insurance which was taking way too long. Thank you Stuart and your team.

    Was very stressed about the replacement of my BMW Windscreen. First visit to these guys and I was 20 mins early than my appointment! The guys were fantastic and took my car in for work as soon as I reached! Gave me regular updates on what is being done and boom! 1 hour and I get my baby back with all new windscreen! Sensor calibrated perfectly. Can give 100/100 for all round perfection.
