   Recent repair to front passenger side. Never claimed on my insurance after many years of driving. Very helpful from the start. Geraldine was very helpful polite and professional explaining what was to happen and arranged everything very smoothly. Drivers collected and dropped vehicle off and were very polite and professional. Kept up to date throughout by texts and calls. Highly recommended. Car returned repair to a high standard and lovely and clean. Thank you. Keep up the good work.

   Fantastic work done on my husbands car this week headlights replaced as they developed a fault, not caused by any accidents, they helped when Jaguar wouldn’t this is the second time we have used them for body work and we would highly recommend them

   I visited this place last year before it became the vella group due to a scuff on my front bumper from a enterprise customer hitting my car in a car park. At the same time of the repair they sorted i had them fill in numberplate holes alongside the fix and front bumper respray. 1 year later I have severe lacquer peel across the whole front bumper, so I spoke to the team regarding the issue/warranty or guarantee and they said, I quote: "The repairs we carried out when the company traded as Axiom and unfortunately, we do not have a record of that written warranty, however we are happy to rectify any issues with the vehicle as a result of repairs that have been carried out. This is applicable to the duration of time you own the vehicle" So as discussed I took the car back to them for a visual inspection and they said they cant do anything in accordance with any warranty. They concluded the lacquer peel was due to stone chips, moisture etc and they cant help, but out of good will may be able to offer something to help - they offered to sort for £420+VAT (hardly a saving) i've been to 4 body shops since which all have said the lacquer peel is due to the shoddy work undertaken last year.

   Axiom was the chosen repair shop from my insurance company. I admit to never having used them before but the service was excellent. My car was collected from my home and returned completely repaired and even valeted inside and out. All through the process of the repair I was kept informed of delivery dates and times. Their service was brilliant from start to finish. I would recommend them and use them again if ever the need arose.

   My car was one of hundreds to be damaged by the hailstones that hit Kibworth, I could not believe the damage to my car well over two hundred dents the hailstones were as large as a rounders ball in some cases. I had two estimates done for the insurance company and decided that I preferred to go to Axiom as they put my mind at rest about how they would tackle the dents. They were really good to deal with, their receptionists were lovely Donna and Abby, nothing too much trouble. My car is my pride and joy and although nearly two years old it looked as though it had just come out of the Audi showroom so I was really worried but shouldn't have worried at all it still looks brand new, they did a wonderful job can not speak highly enough of the job they have done. Would recommend to everyone!
