I had trouble finding a jewellers that would enlarge a silver signet ring for me, when I stumbled across Pattern. I spoke to Chris who was very helpful and assured me he could enlarge the ring for me and it would cost no more than £20. Sure enough, he had the ring for a week and the cost was as he had quoted. Sadly the ring still didn't quite fit right, so Chris took it back and second time around it was a perfect fit and had been polished to a stunning finish. I was extremely thrilled with the service that both Chris and Mandy (who I spoke to a few times) provided and mostly with the finished product. The cost was also very low but was not a reflection of the work which was a very high standard. I'm glad I found Pattern and I will certainly be returning and also recommending to friends and family. Recently visited this jeweller to have a number of rings repaired or resized. The original quote (considerably cheaper than any others I had obtained) was very reasonable and was the price confirmed on completion. The repairs were carried out to a very high standard, completed by the date suggested and I am delighted with the results. Very refreshing to find value for money establishments such as this still exist as opposed to the normal rip off merchants we are confronted with these days.
Cannot explain how happy we are. 3 years ago when me and my wife got engaged he done a same day 1/2 size enlargement for us. 3 years later he enlarged them again for us and was so reasonable price wise. Very professional and friendly. Won’t ever be going anywhere else
