   The worst place I’ve ever been to. The staff is so unhelpful and uncooperative it’s unbelievable. I just made my way there to exchange a ring I bought yesterday. First of all, when I walked in 45 minutes before closing (straight from work so couldn’t have made it any earlier) they started sighing loudly as if I made the worst crime by coming in at all and interrupt them! Secondly, they refused to exchange the ring because, according to them, it already lost the shine… I explained that there are no markings on the ring as it was only worn for 5 minutes yesterday until I realised it was too loose. And even if I wore it since yesterday afternoon, it’s still a very bad sign for a brand new ring to loose shine in such short time! Moreover, the woman who sold it to me yesterday has failed to inform me that by wearing the ring out of the shop I forfeit the right to the exchange. Suddenly if I paid extra for a box and put it on a minute later outside of the shop I could still qualify for the exchange but the cameras saw me wear it! What a horrible experience, completely incompetent employees who were very unprofessional, I do not recommend it :/

   Got this so called ,,jewellery,, for my fiances birthday, after just ONE wash , it became like this. Imagine the shame and the disappointment when she showed me the necklace. I felt unimaginably embarrassed. Shame on you guys calling yourselves jewellery shop. Never again !
