5 star service . I was made very welcome the moment I stepped through the door . Nothing was too much trouble . They are very professional and knowledgeable about every piece of jewellery . I sold some jewellery and they gave me the best price and was very happy with that . Everything I could have asked for! A warm welcome, no pushy sales tactics, and patient, knowledgeable service. They let us take our time to try on a range of rings, as well as sizing them and explaining the proof marks. The ring was also polished up beautifully for collection. A great selection at a fair price.

After being let down and having a terrible experience at another jewellers, I can honestly say that the Mother and Daughter team at St Gyles were amazing. I visited them asking for help and advice on a precious family ring that had been re-designed in a very bad way. I was made to feel so welcome at St Gyles and both Mother and Daughter were very knowledgeable and helpful. I am absolutely thrilled with what they have achieved with restoring my Grandma's ring, it is totally stunning. I would highly recommend this jewellers to anyone, and I will definitely be using them again.

Needed a watch repair done, watch running fast. Totally cleaned and fixed for £75. I had previously gone to Michael Jones in Northampton and they just send them off to another company and the quote was £580!!! Excellent service too. Recommend
