today i went to pandora and i was served by the lovely sophie, i would like to say she was so accommodating and welcoming. she absolutely delivered great customer service thank you sophie !!
The Pandora in Northampton is an excellent place to get your range of Pandora items, especially your Charms. The staff that worked there were amazing, especially Gracie, who was very kind, patient, friendly, respectful, and supportive with me when helping me decide about the Pandora items to get. I wish her all the best!!
Staff were extremely rude and unhelpful they were straight up lying about not being about exchange a online item and could only do a refund on the iPad. As an ex Pandora employee I know they didn’t want to do it due to it impacting sales targets and ATV. Customer service was not in the room with us.
I went in to buy my granddaughter a birthday present, stood at the counter while the two staff members totally ignored me! The shop was empty so no excuses! I won't be going again!
Took a ring back that had lost a stone and a braclet that was too small. I was given another ring and a larger braclet without any problems. Lovely girl served me, think her name was Sophie. She couldn't do enough to help.
I personally had a really good experience here. Staff seem to be fast, reliable and just very friendly in general.
I absolutely love this place clean and tidy so much choice to look at and my girlfriend loves the earrings and necklace too love the price and most of all the staff are so friendly and polite and asks u if u need help so I would recommend anyone with partners take them to pandora
