   On Tuesday me and my sister went in to get some stuff I looked around and brought the stuff to the checkout I told the staff we both had £5 each on our card I said Three times before purchasing the stuff the staff then put the transaction through regardless of what I said the staff the said I have to pay £6 towards one of the items when we were told it was buy three get three free my sister then paid £4.50 towards her toy I then said three times to cancel the transaction staff said they can’t because my sister had paid already I was then threatened with security and I was shouted at first witch is why I got upset staff also accused me of stealing the stuff when I had left it at the checkout due to me not affording it

   Wasn't happy with the northampton store popped in to get my daughters ears pierced and was one person in there getting there's done so thought brillant but they wouldn't do them said they were to busy to do them but no one was in the shop and 2 of the staff were sat there doing nothing so we had to leave with a very upset little girl, so went to the another branch who were amazing and so helpful and said the other branch should of done them if no one was in there as they do have bookings but should do walk ins in-between so if you go northampton branch just make sure you book or could end up with a upset child.

   Staff are great, just some products are over priced. I don't recommend piercings from here. I would suggest P. U. L. S. E as they do not use guns and studs are flat back screw-ins not studs with butterfly backs. Also guns are different trauma to the skin. So please be AWARE.

   There's a very big kids range and plenty of items to choose from but some items are tacky or overpriced. Definitely bring a good wad of cash to go here because their constant offers can get way too tempting
