The second time weβve been and just fantastic service from walking through the door to walking out. Friendly helpful staff ALWAYS! The supervisor gentleman can never do enough to make you happy, and nothing asked for is ever a problem. The food is always cooked great, and delicious, we drive from Cleethorpes especially to go to this branch because the staff are so nice. We will be back :) x

Awful since the reopening. Chips tasted like they were still frozen and the inside was like rock that wouldnβt break up. The only good thing was the steak. Chicken hard, gammon hard and burnt. Very bad but was good before the reopening?? Went again the other day. Took 1 hour for food to come and got received this β¦ whatβs going on since the reopening??? Asked for a non βsizzlingβ plate to avoid any type of over cook or burn on the meats but the chicken still came over done and the sausage β¦ well you can see. I did call in but no answer

First time in the Bradley and Iβll definitely be back. I had the mac and cheese with pulled beef for a main and brownie for dessert. Couldnβt fault the food at all, both tasted incredible, were fairly priced and were decent portions. The only issue I had was that the main took 45 mins to arrive, however it was fairly busy (12pm on a Sunday) so canβt complain too much. Staff were all friendly as well

Brendon and the team deserve a raise after this evening. Food was served impeccably and was lovley. Brendon is an absoulte credit to the sizzling pub chain. Give the lads a raise that worked on 31/03/2023 including Darrell, Josh, Brendon, Chris. Big shout to Shaggy, Shereen and Kris food and service was fantastic all night.

Staff was great and it was nice and quiet as I wanted it at the time. Food was nice and fresh but I would of liked a bit of salad on the side of my burger and chips

Just been for a lunch at the pub to experience sub zero temperatures. Staff in the kitchen looked perished and were wearing hats, scarfs and jumpers/ sweatshirts. Other staff on bar were trying so hard to be upbeat about how cold it is and one lady was wearing her jacket. I'm just worried for people who have paid for there Christmas dinner to be sat there in freezing conditions will not be happy after paying for what should be a lovely experience. Many elderly visit the pub and these temperatures are not acceptable for anyone let alone the elderly . We left before finishing our drinks because it was so uncomfortable to be sat in the cold. This seems to happen every year yet nothing gets done.

First time visiting here on Monday, staff were great, lovely and talkative, ordered drinks and food and everything was cooked to perfection within 20 mins, cannot fault them at all. We look forward to visiting again!

Excellent, tasty breakfast. The evening meal I had was also enjoyable. The one pictured is Β£6.89. It makes a change to go into a pub that's part of a chain and have staff with personalities who speak to you properly, rather than the usual over-familiar robots who demand to know what kind of day you're having and sound like they've been programmed by marketing whizz-kids, who are fresh back from their course in America. The only negatives are if you're there alone, the two-seater table is in the middle of bigger tables (sit elsewhere if it's quiet). One evening I went there and was told I'd have to wait 1h for a table, but the next evening I was straight in. If you search for menus and opening times on a smartphone, it directs you to a sister pub in Birmingham, which differs slightly, e.g. it opens at 9am. This Grimsby one opens at 10am, which was fine by me, as I was in a hotel up the road.
