They have plenty of choice and better quality items as well. It is good to get brand names made for export at a much cheaper price sometimes and essentials for kitchen and bathroom.

If I could leave zero I would. 2 female staff and one male (not sure if staff or not!) chatting and laughing loudly at the front of the shop. One on the till. Instore a guy was stealing in aisle 1. As a store manager myself I would have told them, but do you know what, they couldn’t have cared less if I had, so I let him steal all his stuff with a big smile on his face!! Member of staff (possibly mgt very loosely speaking!) knocking about letting them chat at the front and doing some work. One female member of staff at the back working hard and not paying any attention to them. She was just getting on with her job! Whilst at the till, (I know her name but I won’t mention it as it’s not fair to single her out!) proceeded to scan my items, whilst chatting about what she had for tea last night and what she did last night. For the record “I ‘ad a nice bowl of soup and some crusty bread then I got all cosy in my bed after that”. She did say please and thank you whilst chatting but that was the extent of the service! She had had a hectic day apparently! Terrible shop, cold, uninviting, horrendous staff issues. They won’t want me back… and I dont intend on going back!! If there is a store manager in that place then they need to sort them staff out and get that shop sorted. If my staff were like that… well they wouldn’t even think of doing it so I’m not even going to say what would happen. I appreciate Cosham is run down but as a national chain I thought you’d have some “standards”.

Been there last time over 2 years ago and I'm no longer planning to shop there. Most of the staff (especially the older generations) are so rude and slow. The shop itself has nothing special to offer. The quality of products is usually not so great. I also don't like the atmosphere in this shop and how filthy it usually is....

I would advise noone to try and buy anything in here today. Staff are in a foul mood, just walked out of there, having been "served" by Kathryn. Please do not let your staff work if they are Ill, hungover or just rude.

Staff was horrible to my daughter! She said she wasn’t messing around and when she left everyone was laughing at her. ( staff ) Do not deny it , I was on call to my daughter.

Under their current condition, putting prices up by 25% and then having a 50% sale on everything for however long it lasts, there stock is very thin on the ground and can only stretch so far. I'm not sure how long this will last but at this rate, the doors will be shut and locked up for the final time quite soon.

Good prices but staff can either be really friendly or really rude. Lovely older lady always behind checkout is amazing she is always so friendly and helpful. Be aware of cheap skin products here have reacted to a couple but good variety of products in store.
