   So we have lived close to this shop for years but never been inside. I keep fish and not reptiles so never thought it would be worth a visit. How wrong we were! We aimlessly wondered into the shop the other day just to be nosey if we're being honest. We were blown away at how many different reptiles they had and all of the enclosures were immaculate and beautifully designed. We were definitely guilty of having a pre conceived idea of what to expect and we're very pleasently surprised. The shop is immaculate and the choice of products was very impressive. Also it turns out they stock the frozen foods and live foods that my fish eat so that's an absolute bonus for me as I've ordered it all online for years completely over looking this shop as I assumed they wouldn't keep what I needed. Also a big thanks to the staff for making us feel welcome and giving us time out of your day, we wandered in aimlessly just for a look with no intention of buying anything and we're not made to feel like we were an inconvenience or nuisance even though we had a child with us. I don't keep reptiles but if I do decide to one day I'd 100% be shopping here. I will also continue to buy my fish food from these guys as they're local to me and clearly very passionate about what they do and couldn't have made us feel more welcome. We're now also looking forward to visiting the new venue when it's up and running

   Amazing staff very polite and friendly helpful throughout the whole experience they even went above and beyond to help me surprise my daughter with her new viv and bearded dragon THANKYOU SO VERY MUCH, EveryOne This Is Hades he is a character he was already tamed from birth by the lovely people from exotics of the world Ltd I fully recommend them to anybody buying for the 1st time they fully aid the setup and if you have any questions queries they have all the information you need x

   My experience of buying a wee Garter could not have been better. Emma and Noah are absolute gold star standard members of staff. With helping out with the bioactive enclosure, a good chat about our animals, lots of information at hand and then to taking the heavy enclosure to my car which was parked a little while away which is most appreciated with me having a bad back. Full of knowledge and will not try and upsell you and absolutely have the animals best interest in mind.

   This is a great exotic pet shop. The staff are very friendly and knowledgeable about all aspects of your pet's welfare. We've had a bearded dragon, snake, tarantula and scorpion from here, and wouldn't go anywhere else.

   I am a regular here for lizard bugs for my daughter because it's the cheapest price in the city. Parking is free outside or down the side street. The staff are friendly and helpful, and always ready to help you out.
