Very good reptile shop. All cages are well maintained and clean. All reptiles are very healthy and happy. New ownership very helpful and knowledgeable on the reptiles, answered all our questions straight and honest. Luke was great with us and never rushed us off. Would highly recommend.
Great store and staff. Very friendly and are always willing to help. I've bought various pets and equipment from here and it is very clear the reptiles were well looked after. Always a good place to get their food and replacement equipment whenever I need it.
Nice visit to the shop, lovely to have a chat with the staff. Spiders aren't really my thing but happy I got the opportunity to handle one for the experience.
This shop is exactly what the hobby doesn't need. All these other reviews again, sound very suspicious. Like they've been begged for. Husbandry is absolutely terrible with outdated practices. Most of the snakes are crawling in mites. Lots of snakes had respiratory infections. Clearly seen from mouths gaping and coughing. Place needs shutting down. How can anyone support this is beyond me. Especially for keepers who've kept reptiles longer than 5 minutes.
I've been in a few times to browse and purchase and have never encountered any issues. The staff are very welcoming and friendly, happy to explain anything one might wish to know about the wonderful animals they provide and the equipment, food and routines needed for the proper care of said animals. Speaking with the staff its clear that they're enthusiastic about their job and take their roles very seriously. I'm always in awe every time I pop in. Overall an excellent experience, the animals are well looked after, the staff are on point, the deposits and payment plans offered are more than accommodating and very manageable for anyone serious about purchasing one of their animals I would highly recommend. Awesome reptile shop, really nice and helpful staff. Really cute and nice animals, good products and live food. Wonderful knowledge and always up to date. Would recommend to anyone who is looking to own reptiles or spiders. Has everything you need and will help you with anything you are worried about. Easy to communicate with and are easy to get in contact with. Great prices if you need anyone to look after your reptiles. All round wonderful people.
This shop is the well stocked for feed, equipment and also reptiles I love to go have a look about while my husband buys his equipment for his snakes. It’s a well kept and tidy shop thanks for all your help. 5 star service and friendly staff.
