   This is the best Burger King I have been to! Visited about 8pm 11 Sep 2025, the place isvery clean. Toilets were spotless. At this time it was very quiet, the staff were pleasant and the food was piping hot. The chicken nuggets were soft, not overcooked and with the spicy mayo sauce they tasted really good. The Waygu burger was doubled up and it came in a pleasant posh looking box. The peppercorn mayo made the burger really flavoursome,the beef patties were not overcooked, juicy. The perfect burger because it was cooked with care. 10/10!! Went again 31 Dec 2025, again a hot meal and a superb waygu and vegan royle burger

   I really fancied a BK here today, after meeting a friend at a coffee shop. Not had a BK for years....decades. But on looking over, even at 11am....there seemed to be NO lights on, NO activity, No-one going in to the restaurant ????. If you cannot be arsed to open up and serve the public, why are you there ???.

   I'm usually a dont automatically believe reviews and give it a go. Thats where I went wrong... Probably the worst fastfood experience I've ever had. First of extortionate prices when you compare to what you are served. The pictures show a large chips and a cheeseburger. My husband had the double bacon cheeseburger just over £5 a burger and it was no bigger than this one. Bun on both burgers drier than gandys flip-flops, anemic looking burger pattie/bacon and both stone cold! Went in on a saturday at midday only two other tables there so not busy and no excuse really why it wasnt hot and fresh at the mimimum... Had I sat in i would of asked for a refund however we took it away to the Premier inn across the road and couldn't be bothered to go back. Never again when Burger king was always known to be the superior and higher quality option over a mcdonalds and its not a patch in comparison it seems nowadays.

   Very quiet mid-afternoon. Service was fast, place was very clean and tidy, food always great. The burgers actually look decent and put together well. Why people keep going to a clown and not a king is beyond me. Really enjoyed my lunch, thanks.

   Not allowed to eat in no signs that we aren’t allowed. Staffs were rude in saying not doing sit ins. Did not explained why and did not apologise. New that people were ordering did not bother to tell that they are not doing sit ins and the time is 6:38pm. They don’t close until 10pm. The staff’s name is natalie

   Went yesterday ordered a vegan chicken royal. That was not vegan. Cannot prove it but there can be no other explanation as to why I'm so ill today. served by the manager aswell. Put of Burger King now. Dont recommend.

   Used it for a break from driving. Toilets were so clean, well done. Just had tea and coffee will use it instead of Costa across the car park!

   Most of the fast food chains are what they are but I really enjoyed the burger really nicely cooked staff were friendly enough the placed looked clean so all in all can’t really complain

   Nice little find if you are visiting Alton towers you can use vouchers in here using the burger king app. Tasty food happy family after a long day at the theme park
