Handy as very local to me but I would travel to use Kingston at Thorngumbald. Always very welcoming and my dog (Redd) is always at ease there..... that speaks volumes. Thank you!
Claire and Steph went above and beyond for me yesterday when I brought my dog, Freddie. I cannot thank the girls enough for helping me when I also had my baby with me. The kindness did not go unnoticed!
All the staff are professional friendly and so helpful. Always familiar faces for your pets confidence. They go above and beyond in reassurance when your pet is unwell giving you all the care you would want and expect.
Thorngumbald surgery is always professional, helpful, informative and outstandingly friendly, from the a telephone call for an appointment, to the warm greeting from reception on arrival and then to the vets who are always so empathetic, helpful and patient. All the staff are fantastic whenever we have been.

Told we could only register our kittens if we joined the pet plan as was not taking on new animals....but would if you joined the plan. So whats the difference....maybe money for them. Did not go through with it and have now registered at another vets were you have the choice. We are and was going with the plan but they should not be conditions to registering.
The staff are so welcoming and knowledgeable and genuinely care about the animals. Have been using this vets for around 7 years and have never been dissatisfied. The staff are always eager to help and ensure that they provide the best treatment possible.
Teresa is a brilliant vet and always goes beyond what most vets would do, providing excellent care and advice. You can really tell she really enjoys her job and cares about the animals she treats. I wouldn't go anywhere else or see any other vet, I would highly recommend.
