Kingston vets have been great in both branches I've visited. Always know my cat will get the best treatment from them.
Best vets in the area by far nothing is to much for these people.
We have used Kingston Vets for over 15 years for our cats and dog, and they’ve always received a high level of care and compassion. A special mention to the reception staff as they are always welcoming, friendly and helpful.

After giving up with our vets, we went back to Kingston. It was a location thing, but we have missed them. The staff are always lovely and caring and want to interact with you and your fur babies. You sometimes forget how much of a difference it makes. The place is always clean, staff are always lovely, and the veterinarians are always amazing with our pets, Anlaby has plenty or parking and the building is relaxing for your pet. Thankyou Kingston.

Been going here for years paying for our pets on pet health club but now leaving due to poor service, misinformation and bad attitude by Angie from Anlaby branch. I was told that I couldn't do anything on my dogs account as my wife is the only name on the account and due to GDPR and data protection I would have to get my wife to call in. When I challenged Angie about which part of the data protection act she was referring to she rudely said I'm not going to argue with you, when it was a simple question. When I mentioned GDPR has nothing to do with wanting to change something with my dogs appointment it is about how companies hold, store and share data Angie very rudely cut me off talking over me and when I asked if I could finish what I was trying to say Angie proceeded to tell me you need to get your wife to call. We have had 6 or so pets with them over the years and now because of her attitude and the misinformation and rudeness I am now moving all my animals to vets4pets. Upon reading other reviews on Vets4pets it seems I'm not the only one who has had poor service with Kingston vets. Do yourself a favour just read the reviews on Vets4pets pets and if you decide to switch I am sure you won't be disappointed.

Great vets, highly recommended. Bit more expensive than some I have used in the past but you get what you pay for here. Lovely friendly staff and they have put my mind at ease a few times when my dog has had issues. Will be a long term customer for sure.
