Just to say thank you to Paul and the team at Cygnet for their excellent care throughout our beloved dog Nobby’s life and for Paul’s kindness and compassion to Nobby and us this week when Nobby sadly passed away.
My cat saffron was treated for a severe and very nasty double facial abscess. Everyone at the practice were extremely kind and supportive. Veterinarian, Paul Knott was outstanding in his clinical care and excellence. I'm a healthcare professional for humans. And I can assure anyone, his skills as a surgeon are 5 star. I'd also like to thank Martha, the veterinarian at my local surgery - Cygnets in Patrington, who initially treated Saffron, and then referred her to emergency care at Swanland. Huge thanks to all the veterinary nurses, student vet nurses, and care assistants. They took fabulous care of my girl overnight. I cannot recommend them highly enough. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for making her well again x

I've been a client here for over 15 years and I have to say the care and dedication is second to none. Vet Paul is kind, caring and compassionate and has always listened to my concerns and respected my decisions regarding my 6 dogs and 3 cats. Lyn, Caroline and the rest of the vets and nursing team also go above and beyond when I need an appointment and in caring for my animals if they need surgery etc. I recently had to sadly say my last goodbyes to 3 of our family pets within the short space of a month which was made so much more bearable by me being looked after as much as my cat and dogs were. I wouldn't go anywhere else. Trust in your vet and their support staff means the world to me.
